naruto and chakra chains

as we know kushina used the jutsu chakra chains , which was due to "special chakra" im not sure but could it be an uzumaki kekkei genkai , kakashi wouldve copied tobis chakra chains if it wasnt , if its not some kekkei genkai could naruto learn it some how? or when kushina dissapeared did she instill some powers in him when they hugged before naruto got the kyuubis chakra? could he learn how to use chakra chains?
i believe he can and it is a possible kekkei genkai

Nope. He can't use them, period. He didn't inherit her Special Chakra so he doesn't get the chains to use.

It would have been known in some way or another in the history of the Uzumaki Clan....
Aswell i am agreeing with that he didnt inherit here special chakra so i doubt he will get in anyway or form.

well we didnt see explosion release and dust release etc. and their kekkei genkai and kekkei tota if thats what you mean , but we knew nothing about the uzumaki until ep 142 of shippuden , why would we have seen them , and if u expect to have seen some unknown uzumaki ninja in part 1 , before part 1 they where all killed except kushina and mito

sasuke has EMS and has potential to unlock the rinnegan , so RinneEMS sasuke vs KM chakra chains naruto seems pretty even , so imo its possible
