That's not too say I don't believe Sasuke can't do it (I actually believe he can), I just haven't seen it thus far.

We knew Naruto was going to have to be nerfed for this to be a legit fight.

At least we had Kurama acknowledge Naruto was handicapped from the get-go with low chakra due to fighting the war. I hadn't expected that.
