His speed wouldn't do anything against sasuke because sasuke can just teleport out of harms way and he didnt use his other rs because indra's arrows was probably better and greater in strength than them all except maybe his combo beasts rs. And he did use the other beasts chakra.

You need to understand that kishi wouldn't use all there attacks, like sasuke's black chidori or genjutsu(even if it would affect naruto only temporarily) because it's a waste of time mainly.
