I don't remember well but Tsunade was not always afraid of blood....

Orrochimaru mentioned that she was too shocked after death of her BF. The fact that she couldn't save him led her to that fobia since ... and partly the reason she left the village and was wandering aimlesslly around....

Somebody check that out in relavant chapter... I don't have the time to do it myself at the moment.

I am sorry but you are very wrong here. Women are usually visually SCARED of blood/medical procedures and other things anf they dont keep their fear inside. And what happens with men, on the other hand... they hide their afraidness, and after a procedure or a view of blood or something that is considered not nasty but well injctions, nose punctions their vegetative system begins to do strange stuff. Some man even lose their consciousness or they jut feel sick (want to puke) or they have a dizzy feeling, and this is a well known fact you can ask a doctor if you dont believe me.
Even I flt a ittle bit sick today after I was giving my blood to analyses. Not cause the body lost so much of it, but cuz inner me dislikes it SOo fking much but keeps himself calm externally.
So assuming this a higher posibility of having phobia, which is jut struggeling, has a man.
PLus a woman who has seen a lot of blood before, since she was doctor, would just struggle after seeing some of Kabutos. ahah i wonder how has she lived all the time while she was gambling.

Ha lol very good point with that sexual relase. Tsunade got phobia at least 1 time per month for how many days? DDD

The reason Kabuto felt so confident fighting Tsunade in that match was because a.) he took a soldier pill first and b.) he knew Tsunade has been out of battle for a long time and figured she wouldn't be as powerful as she used to be

and yeah I totally agree Orochimaru should have been in a coma or something.

add to ur point that lady t was afraid of fighting due to blood phobia !!
