As the Sannin, Tsunade, Jiraiya, and Orochimaru battled against each other, Naruto battled Kabuto Yakushi and performed the Rasengan on him, but when it did, Kabuto used his Medical Ninjutsu: Strong Beam to cut a major artery to Naruto's heart which caused it to almost kill him. As Tsunade tried to save him, the demon fox realized its surroundings were getting darker and darker. It didn't take long for it to realize that Naruto was dying which greatly scared the beast. Despite Naruto being saved (by Tsunade or by himself), this became the demon fox's first brush with mortality.

I dont think he was trying to betray him then, I dont think he had bad feeling toward Orochimaru until Sasuke defeated him... when became free of Orochimaru that when he had a thirst for power but that might that Orochimaru in him thirsting for power... maybe

probably because tsunade has some secret healing jutsu's that oro would have known and kabuto wouldn't. i'm pretty sure that tsunade said that kabuto was at her level, maybe it was being able to use med jutsu's for fighting

And lol as we know 1 tsunade hit can lead to death. tsunade landed about 100 hits on Orochimaru and he didnt even umm... got injured. So there KIshi messd up too. This whole fight is a unlogical mess.

The reason Kabuto felt so confident fighting Tsunade in that match was because a.) he took a soldier pill first and b.) he knew Tsunade has been out of battle for a long time and figured she wouldn't be as powerful as she used to be

and yeah I totally agree Orochimaru should have been in a coma or something.

Yup I agree with you and Tsunade is also having fear of blood so thats why kabuto had advantage

Coming to naruto not only in this situation but so many times he got close to death but because of kyubi he is out of danger.the day come when he truly master kyubi then he will be ....

Kabuto vs Double-D was absurd.

the orochimaru fight made some sense. She wasted her chakra saving naruto and stuff. And that was all before the 100 hits on Orochimaru. Some credit to Orochimaru, He's like a snake with no spine. One could keep on punching a guy like that and not do anything. lol

She was about to kill him and he stabbed himself. Her fear of blood is the only reason Kabuto is still alive.

As far as Orochimaru, there's certainly more to him than meets the eye. And whether or not she killed him, Tsunade did beat him.
