-He can negate all ninjutsu
-he has powerful Bijuu Chakra
-He has the Ultimate Perfect Sage Mode
-He has Ashura's chakra
-He has combined all of his power
-He is able to use very powerful Rasenshuriken for almost any situation
-He is very very very fast. He was already fast before now it is just sick.
-His reaction speed is phenomenal
-He can use Bijuu Ball multiple times in many variations
-He is the best Shape manipulator
-He is super durable
-He can make probably 5000 clones at the moment
-His potential is unknown

Right now besides Sasuke and Madara there is no one that can challenge Naruto.

This was never said. Tobirama even said they were close to full power. 60% is barely above half.
