Missed the part where Sakura is determined to "help" and accidentally breaks Naruto's arms and legs. Add that and it might be true.
Naruto tells Sasuke that he understands what he means. He says that (since Naruto has essentially been fighting on his own for the last week) that Sasuke is stronger than he is. Naruto repeats the stuff about powerful shinobi and the one attack knowing each other's hearts. They attack with their signature attacks. Meanwhile, Sakura tears up again, and thinks that she must do something to help out. She charges, but Sasuke senses her attack. He dodges out of the way, and Sakura hits Naruto with her full attack.
Now that Naruto is critically injured (again), Sasuke tries to attack and he and Naruto are actually on the same level.
A tired, worn out Naruto with multiple broken bones vs. a fully upgraded Sasuke. Finally, an even battle.
Seriously, though, your spoiler all sounds made up.

The jutsu misses
So6p before going to the pure world were he will meet 69 female virgins, gives naruto a special power up so he can summon a special entity.
Naruto uses his new power and a smoke happear's for 5 pages long. Behind the smoke Ben Affleck happear's.
Naruto, Sasuke, Kakashi and Uselessakura can't andle the failure so they suicide themselfs.
So the Naruto Universe is saved. Everyone is still in IT, biijus trapped probably forever. Eternal Peace.

Naruto is a "Japanese" manga.I don't know what the Chinese man told to your sister about the spoiler thing but it is looking fake
