Even if w hat you say is true it would be hard to do a summoning right so 2 tobi's.

1 with the 4th and the other in konoha.

One steals kyubii and the other summons him somewhere else.

But just like Gdamon said since we found out obito was tobi everyone just keeps looking for plot holes. Can people just shut up and let the guy finish his story. Also how can he make a mistake in something he created that impossible he can change whatever he doesnt like or it could be that were misunderstanding some of the things were reading. JUST READ THE STORY OR STOP NO ONE BUT YOURSELF IS FORCING YOU TO WASTE YOUR TIME READING SOMETHING YOU DONT LIKE

I can't believe what I'm reading...HE DIDN'T SUMMON THE ****ING FOX ON RIN'S GRAVE.

Think of it in terms of a movie, the scene fades out/transitions to the next scene with the words "Summoning Technique!"

Do you honestly think it just randomly turned from night to day, and that Naruto was born seconds after Kakashi said "Sensei is going to have a baby" to Rin's grave?

Does nobody seriously wonder why Obito summoned the Kyuubi right after Kakashi was done visiting Rin and Obito while not even extracting it from Kushina first?? because i don't remember it happening this way look:

Here he is extracting the bijuu from Kushina personally, and take note of the location they are in.

Now here you see the Kyuubi released and the location is completely different then the one we saw in 607 which was clearly at the graveyard right after Kakashi left.

Now look at how Obito summons the fox here, it's COMPLETELY different then the one we see above!

And then here we see that the Kyuubi is CLEARLY in the village:

And then here from manga chapter 501-502 we see that after the extraction he's in the mountain/woods area WTF.

It's honestly a simple story telling process that you apparently misunderstood. It was skipping over time, leaps and bounds of it in fact. The proof of it can be found if you look at the manga image again (from 607) you will see that when Obito is over hearing Kakashi it's light out, and when the Kyuubi is summoned to the Village it's Night. This obviously means there is a time skip. Why retell part of the story we already know. This was meant to give new insight not retell attack on Konoha.

Sigh. This isn't a plot hole. If you can't actually understand the usage of the frames in this manga, it will be quite difficult to try and explain it to you.... He isn't showing it scene for scene. He didn't summon it at the graveyard.. have a look at it and think outside your puny little mind for one moment. It's just a writing technique.. Jesus.
