Naruto goes flying back into Bee
Tobi is on his knees holding his face/mask

Tobi is re grouped by his paths

Tobi: Because I gave it to them.

Naruto makes an FRS and throws it
Tobi absorbs it

From above Naruto launches another FRS

Tobi starts removing his mask
Tobi: Since Kabuto summoned Madara...there isn't any point in having this mask on.
Naruto: What the....what are you?
Tobi's mask drops
Tobi: I am....One. --Tobi's regular mouth is stichedwhile on his cheeks there are 2 other mouths that are open.
Bee: That wack yo...
Naruto: You're one? What does "one" mean?
Tobi: I am nothing more then a combination of shinobi. Shinobi who are manifested by pure hatred. Some of which, you know of.
Naruto: ...? Wait a second...
Tobi: Starting to catch on? That's right...Akatsuki itself.
Bee and Naruto: ?
Tobi: I take the abilities of shinobi's who die with hatred inside of them. In the beginning, Madara was my first victim. His ability to enter and leavedimensions was part of my eye, the sharingan. Akatsuki was my next goal. Filled with rogue ninja's of the highest caliber, this was perfect for me.
Sasori and Itachi however...died without hatred. And for that I could never gain their power.
Naruto: Enough of this bullshit!
Naruto makes 3 shadow clones
Tobi: The next one...
Naruto attacks him with a planet rasengan
Tobi: Kakuzu's Iron skin!
The rasengan explodes, doing nothing

Tobi's front mouth opens and threads come out holding him down
From both his sides, Naruto comes charging in with Rasengans
Tobi: The next..Deidara!
Tobi spits out 2 c2 birds from his side mouths which blow the Naruto clones up
Bee is above him just about to slash him down with samehada
Tobi: And now for the Amegakure orphans!
Tobi's arm becomes full of papers which engulf Bee
Bee gets disarmed from Samehada from one of the jinchuriki and is held down by the others
Tobi grabs Samehada
Naruto: Shit Bee!
Tobi swings Samehada at Bee
Naruto blocks it with his chakra arms but they get absorbed and the sword cuts a bit of Bee's leg
Naruto: urgh shit! That was close!
Tobi jumps back with the rest of his path.
Tobi: And now for the finally.
Tobi cuts his arm and starts drawing a circle
Naruto: What the hell is he doing?
Bee: Oh dayum.. Naruto this is the technique that killed Yugito!

Naruto 564: Uchiha Madarra vs Tobi
Scene shows Naruto Standing in Front of the Kyubbi’s cage.
Kyubbi: Madarra, so he has finally returned. What do you want to know?
Naruto: Why did you help me instead of him? I mean wasn’t he your original master?
Kyubbi: I HAVE NO MASTER PUP!!!
Naruto:?!!
Kyubbi: Madarra is everything you’re not Naruto. He was the strongest and most proud leader of the Uchiha clan, he believes the Uchiha stand above all other shinobi, that they are the destined leaders of this world.
Naruto:…
Kyubbi: He is committed to the goal of the Uchiha attaining their rightful place in this world and he is willing to do whatever it takes to make that come true. In the past it was the decision to join with the Senju, he had hoped to make theclan stronger by having strong allies and then having the Uchiha lead them, however things turned out differently and it was the Senju thatled the Uchiha instead.
Naruto: so he is doing all this… for his people.
Kyubbi: NARUTO!! He is also nowhere near as naïve as you. Uchiha Madarra may have morals but they are morals that are suited to him and the Uchiha clan.
Naruto:…
Kyubbi: Madarra would lay waste to the whole ofKonoha and every other village if it meant that the Uchiha would be the leaders in the aftermathwho would shape the future. Madarra would do anything and everything for his clan whilst you can’t even consider killing Sasuke who is now the enemy of all the alliance for what he has done.
Naruto:…
Kyubbi: As much as I despise you Naruto, you have never sought out or even considered using me. The only thing you’ve sought after is my chakra. Madarra however would use me like a puppet to achieve his ideals. He would tie strings to my legs with his sharingan and make me danceto his tune. Do you see now why I despise that accursed man more than you?!!!
Naruto:…I will make the choices I have to when they need to be made, but for now 9 tails I think its time for you to make your choice.

Scene Switch to Madarra
Madarra jumps down from the tree that he’s been standing on of and faces off against Tobi at a distance of about 20-30 feet. His anger is still boiling over as he confronts Tobi.
Madarra: ‘You massacred them all!! You betrayed them all Tobi!!’ Madarra roars at him.
Tobi: I betrayed no one. They deserved what theygot. They had forsaken their pride as Uchiha’s when they became the lapdogs of the Senju. They had become weak and required extermination.
Madarra: You dare to justify the annihilation of our clan, you dare to justify your greed for power this way?!!
Tobi: Greed?! This was balance. You had your chance brother to lead the clan and see where it got you. My sacrifice went in vain once and I shallnot be sacrificed in vain again. It is my turn now to mould the future how I see fit and I shall not let you get in my way!
Madarra looks at Tobi and then finally the angerslowly vanishes from his face and he begins to laugh. He lifts his head to look up into the sky and he keeps on laughing.
Tobi: What do you find so funny?!!
Madarra looks over at Tobi again the anger still in his eye and the smile still on his face
Madarra: It made me laugh to think that you believed you would have any choice in the matter.
Tobi:??!
Madarra: Was there ever a time you managed todefeat me one on one brother?! Even when you were in your prime you were always second to me and now you are in this pathetic body and you think you can stand against me even whilst I am like this?!!
Tobi: A long time has passed since then brother and now I also have the Rinnegan at my disposal.
Madarra Laughing softly: So that is why you arechoosing to stand and fight rather than running is it?
Tobi: running would accomplish nothing, you wouldjust chase and find me. No, I will take you down now whilst I still have the upper hand.
Madarra: upper hand? Hahaha.
Madarra looks over Tobi’s shoulder and turns his attention to Zetsu.
Madarra: Zetsu my old friend, you said you follow the real Uchiha madarra, then go and takethese former hosts with you, I have no need of them, follow out your current instructions until the real Uchiha Madarra comes to you.

Kabuto viewing this from inside Madarra: (The real Uchiha Madarra, what could he be planning??)
Zetsu looks over towards Tobi and then at Madarra, he bows towards both of them and then heads off taking the former hosts with them.
Madarra: Now Tobi, it is just us left, show me what you can do.
As Madarra is saying this he pulls out a scroll from behind his back
Tobi:!!!
Scene Switch to Gaara
Gaara and Bee are travelling through a wooded area, Bee is carrying Naruto on his back.
Gaara: The Tsuchikage should hopefully be with the medics by now, I hope he makes it through this.
Bee: That’s one tough old geezer, I ain;t worried so don’t you either.
Gaara: (His rhymes get worse and worse) Anyway we need to get Naruto back to the command tents immediately.
Suddenly from in front of them Tsunade and Raikage appear. Both sides stop in front of eachother.
Tsunade: What has happened to Naruto?!!
Gaara: nothing, he’s supposedly talking to the Kyubbi to get intel on Madarra.
Raikage: I see.
Raikage walks over to Bee and gives him a fist pound to the head
Raikage: Is this what you call looking after him?!!
Bee: Oww!
Raikage: Kazekage what is the current loation ofmadarra now?
Gaara: It is unknown, after he defeated the Tsuchikage he took off. If the last intel we received from the edo tensei user is to be believed he is going to confront the masked Madarra.
Tsunade: So…they might not have been working together?!
Gaara: we can’t say, that is about as much information as we have right now.
Tsunade: Raikage, I suggest we head back to the command tents right now, we need to formulate a plan based on this new intel and if Madarra is going to fight the masked man then that might just give us the reprieve we need.
Zetsu: I’m afraid that you won’t be getting any reprieve anytime soon hehe.
Raikage/Tsunade:?!!!
They all turn around to see Zetsu walk out from amongst the trees surrounded by the former jinchurriki.
Zetsu: I see you made things easier for me by coming out here. I’m sorry but I’ll have to take the boy with me and you all will have to die now!
Scene Switch to Madarra
Madarra has summoned his fan and his holding it out in front of him.
Madarra: You haven’t forgotten about this haveyou brother?
Madarra gives what looks to be a gentle sideways wave of the fan and an arcing slice of wind shoots out heading towards Tobi. Tobi Phases almost instantly as it flies through him.
Madarra: I know all your weaknesses brother, what do you think you can do?!
Tobi holds out his hand: *Bansho Tenin*. Madarra flies towards Tobi still smiling. Madarrasays *Shinra Tensei*. The shinra Tensei with the added force of the Bansho Tennin strikes Tobi and sends him flying crashing through a tree.
Madarra: That is your first weakness brother, You cannot use a justsu while phased, you have to be solid for that.
Tobi: *Kuchiyose no justsu*
We see the big chameleon lizard appear out of nowhere, Tobi jumps onto it and it slowly turns invisible and disappears.
Madarra: ‘and you seem to forget my attacks have a very large range’. Madarra lifts his fan with his right hand and pulls it back all the way over his left shoulder. With his left hand he creates a seal: *Katon: Imperial Wave of the sun god*. He slashes the fan across his front all the way to his right, a massive wave of air rushes spreading out to his far left and right and crashes forward. Madarra breathes out fire into it transforming it into a huge inferno of destructive flame that blasts through the trees. Suddenly its centre strikes something invisible and there’s a large scream. Madarra slashes his fan to the left and right and suddenlythe sides of the huge wave that were crushing past turn and crash in to the sides of the invisible chameleon now being burned from all angles.
Madarra: You’ll have to do better than that brother.
Tobi: I am!!
Tobi appears rising up out of the ground from behind madarra and begins to warp him away into his other dimension.
Madarra: *Shinra Tensei*
Tobi gets blasted away once more crashing through the trees.
Madarra: That is your second weakness, you can’t warp anything whilst phased either.
The Ground beneath madarra’s feet suddenly begins exploding. Multiple blasts start exploding all around causing the ground to break and tilt allover. Madarra shifts to try and keep his balanceon the shifting ground.
Tobi appears from beneath the ground once more right behind Madarra and this time grabs him from behind locking his arms in place and holding firmly against himself.
Tobi: Game over. I win brother, says Tobi as Madarra still smiles to himself.

Naruto 564: A Change in Alliances
Scene shows Madarra standing about a dozen feet away from Yondaime. Naruto and the kyubi clone are still tangled together on the ground a little further away to the side.
Minato: Madarra?!
Madarra: I never expected to see you again Yondaime, but you ruined my plans once before, I won’t let you interfere with them this time around.
Minato pulls out his three pronged kunai and holds up in a defensive position.
Madarra: I have the rinnegan this time around Yondaime, do you really think you can defeat me?
Minato looks at madarra for a moment and thenturns to look at Naruto and the Kyubi
Minato: Do you remember what we spoke of?!!
Naruto:???
Kyubi: Yes!
Minato: Then go!!!
He throws his kunai towards Naruto and the Kyubi clone. The Kyubi grabs at the kunai and both him and Naruto disappear in a flash of light.
Madarra: !!! You’ve taught him the flying thunder god technique already?!
Minato: He is my son, and I had to make sure I gave him some sort of an edge against you if you weren’t willing to listen.
Madarra: Willing to listen?!
Minato: Yes, I have a proposal for you.
Scene Switch to an Unknown location
We see a naruto clone running as fast as he can over the ground. Suddenly there’s a flash of lightand Naruto and the Kyubi clone come crashing down next to him.
Naruto: Noooooooo.
He grabs the clone by the jacket
Naruto: Take me back!!! We have to go help my dad!!
Kyubi: Naruto!! This was your fathers last request!! I wasn’t the one that brought you hereand I have no way of taking you back.
You see tears well up in naruto’s eyes
Naruto: But why??
Kyubi: Do you remember just before we started training your dad took me to one side to talk in private?
Naruto flashbacks remembering Minato and 2 kyubi clones standing a little far away conversing. Minato has hands resting on both of the clone’s shoulders as he talks to them.
Kyubi: He gave me and another clone some of his chakra, this clone was then sent to head off andget as far away from there as possible so that we could teleport here.
Naruto: But how did you manage to use the flying thunder god technique?
Kyubi: I didn’t, it was your father. This Kunai he threw activated the technique and teleported ushere.
Naruto:…
Kyubi: He knew that it was possible that Madarra had spotted him, he also knew that madarra would come searching for either him or you.
Naruto: So what?! I’m going to have to fight him anyway, we could have both taken him on!
Kyubbi: No you couldn’t Naruto, and Minato knewyou wouldn’t listen which is why he told me this.
Naruto:…
Kyubi: You are not ready to fight Madarra! You have no experience yet using the flying thunder god technique, if you took him on right now you would certainly lose.
Naruto:…
Kyubi: You’re father didn’t have much longer left anyway Naruto…and before he left he asked me to help him in one final plan he wanted to implement.
Naruto: Not long left??!!!
Scene Switch to Minato
Minato: I don’t have much longer left here.
Madarra:??!
Minato: I think any lingering questions I might have had, any reason to stay was fulfilled once I saw how much my son had grown. I’ve been feeling the pull to let go ever since, it’s only my seals that have been keeping me here but even they won’t be able to keep me in this world for much longer.
Madarra: So why do you stay and what is this proposal?
Minato: first I need you to answer something…truthfully.
Madarra:??
Minato: Ever since I’ve been brought back, I’ve been thinking about this war and for your reasons for doing this. From what I know of you I’m sure you have your selfish reasons to gain what you feel you were denied. I also understand your reasons for your revenge on the clan you did everything for but were then shunned by.
Madarra:…
Minato: But your revenge has been gained and the hidden villages…as they are now they could have been destroyed easily in secret rather thana full out war, so I have been thinking…why?!
Madarra:...and what answer have you arrived at?
Minato: Even though your selfish desires of leadership might be mingled into it this has all been about the hidden villages. They are a shadow of their former selves, eaten away over time by hatred and fear, anger and jealousy. They have faltered from the path that they originally set out on, they forgot why they werecreated in the first place!!!
Madarra: …
Minato: You created this war so that they wouldunite once again, against a common foe, against a common threat. If they wouldn’t of their own accord then you would force them back to how they should have been…the way you and Hashirama once imagined them to be.
Madarra: You certainly have been thinking a lot Yondaime. You are one who was worthy to have sat in the seat of Hokage of the hidden Leaf. ( Maybe I can use him to my advantage! I shall haveto play this out carefully) I will admit you mostly correct in your assumptions Yondaime, both my selfish reasons and my selfless are what you say.
Minato begins takes a long look at Madarra and then slowly begins to walk over to him.
Minato: I thought so…I am not sure if it is possible to be able to permanently unite this broken world of ours, I can not even imagine how you intend to maintain this…but I do understand one thing.
Madarra: What is that?
Minato: you are a shell of your former self are you not?
Madarra:?!!!
Minato: I remember our fight, I see you as you are now too. Whether it was because of your fight with Hashirama or something else but you no longer have access to the chakra you once had, right?
Madarra: how…?!!
Minato: you never used anything other than the phasing or teleporting moves which I believe like mine require very little chakra, even releasing theKyubi last time didn’t require much due to the weakening of the seal.
Madarra: …
Minato: I think the only chakra you have is the chakra that is currently circulating in your body at the present time. Your body has lost the ability to store chakra any more hasn’t it?!
Madarra: (Is he really going to offer what I think he is, I have to make this believable!) That doesn’tmatter any more! I can do enough to achieve my ambitions, the rinnegan has already helped boosthow much chakra I have so it matters not!
Minato laughs quietly: ‘Does that mean you’d turn down a gift from an ally?’.
Madarra: (Yes!!!) Gift??? What do you mean??
Minato: I share your desire to unite this world, and as long as you promise me one thing, then I shall merge the remaining chakra I have with yours before I leave.
Madarra: (Promise?!!) What promise are you asking for?
Minato: I don’t know how you intend to unite this world and I shan’t ask, I believe in the goal which isenough for me. I do not know what your intentions are for Naruto but you must promise that you shall not kill him. I may choose to help you as a previous hokage of this world but I demand this as a father!!
Madarra steps back looking visibly shocked, he looks down as if thinking and then looks back up at Minato
Madarra: (You Fool!! You really have no idea to what I have planned!! To think I would find you so naïve Yondaime, is this due to the edo tensei or has seeing your son affected you) You do not make this easy Minato, I will admit I have plans for Naruto…
He looks up into the air and sighs he then looks back at Minato
Madarra: In return for your aid I will make you this promise, I promise that Uzumaki Naruto shallsuffer no harm from me. I will have need of Naruto but I promise not to kill him, I swear not to harm him in any permanent fashion at all. If we must fight I will attempt to incapacitate him or retreat. He will never have need to fear any hostile action from my part.
Minato: Thank you
Madarra: BUT! I do not promise to be his protector, this is a war and there are many others out there fighting for their own reasons.I have no intentions to go out of my way to help him if he’s in trouble. He will have to prove that he is capable of surviving this himself!!! Does this promise satisfy you?
Minato: It does and thank you
Scene Switch to Naruto
Kyubi: He asked me to explain how the chakra merging between us worked.
Naruto: Why?
Kyubi: Because he wished to transfer the last ofhis chakra over to Madarra before he was forced to leave this world.
Naruto: Madarra?!!! My dad was going to help him?!!!
Kyubi: grrrrrr NO!! Your father was helping YOU! This was his last gift for you in this war as your father.
Naruto:…?? I don’t understand.
The Kyubi clone looks over to the other clone that is still hanging around, he nods his head and the other clone disappears in a puff of smoke.
Naruto:!!! Oh…
Kyubbi: Yes Naruto. That is why it took me so long to complete my part of the training, it didn’t take me that long to sense my own chakra, I was learning to sense his!!!
Scene Switch to Minato
We see Minato flaking away in the breeze like some of the other edo golems have done. Madarra stands there looking on at the spot where Minato stood.
Madarra: ( Thank you Minato, though I never intended on fighting your son, I shall watch on to witness his death for your sake! This war is mine now, Nothing shall stand in my way!!)

Naruto: That's what I thought until my clone just dispelled itself. The real Madara is dead and fighting the Kages right now.
Tobi(Thinking): So Kabuto summoned him did he...it was only a matter of time I suppose.
Killerbee: Oh? So who is this guy then.

Bee: Why are we playing games let me loose and break these chains!
Madara: Oh the Hachibi...I am so excited...not only will I test my abilities against the strength of the five nations now I can eradicate the last bit of hope.. Uzumaki Naruto is it? Your annoyingclan..... Good thing we already destroyed your village otherwise this war would prove a little difficult.
Naruto:....You were behind the massacre of the Whirlpool village?? (Naruto bites his lip)
Kyuubi: That's it Naruto..let your hate for him run rampant.
Madara: I see you have tamed your hatred.... wellif I cannot gauge your power with words..I can surely test them in battle..I will take you all on.
Kyuubi: Naruto I will lend you all my power if you annihilate Madara here and now!
Madara appears withins Naruto's realm. As he faces the Kyuubi he quickly spots a shocked Naruto.
Yondaime's son.....he took this gamble and it paid off.
Naruto: What gamble? What do you mean and how did you know of my father?
Madara: Tell me boy, do you know about the cycle of hatred between our clans?
Naruto: What do mean our clans?
Madara: Eddy Village may have been a distant relative of the Senju but its connection to the sage of six paths was far greater. Senju of the Forest and Eddy of the Whirlpool were the Uchihas most fearsome foe. Your potent chakras and incredible bodies were our biggest disadvantage in battle. Did you not find it odd that your clan has been in possession of the Kyuubi for so long? It is most appropriate because of your clans Vitality and chakra reserves. Not only with the aide of the most deadly seals and jutsu knowledge we saw that your village would be a threat against our plans...So we took care of that problem..... (eyeballing Naruto)
Somehow your mother managed to escape our grasp...... Well until we dimmed her light of course.....
I am assuming Nagato's defeat....if I were to guess you defeated him...am I correct?
Naruto: Yes I did, in the end I became to understand his pain and history....we became friends...

Shaping and molding him into the figure of pain was orchestrated by my hands... Wrapping a miserable existence of hate and rage surrounding his reality...He had little choice. Instantly Naruto grabs his stomach...Madara's eyes widen......
Back with the Kages and Bee.. Naruto is transforming into kyuubi mode....
Madara: That's it lose all your sanity....come to me nine tails...
Kyuubi Naruto suddenly eyes Madara and within a hairs strike he swings his mighty arms.. Madara: Shinrai Tensei! The kyuubi completely ignores the powerful blast sent out by the deadly Uchiha and knocks him backwards. Tsunade: This is not good...we have no one who can restrict him...he will fight anyone who gets inhis way! Raikage: We will have to wait for that moment..until then let the kid go nuts... if we see an opening...GO FOR IT!
Madara: Wood Release Demon seal! Four pillars rise surrounding Naruto. Madara: Drain! We see blue and red bubbles popping up all around the pillars....Madara: I will not lose to some pup..NEVER!
Madara: ??? It is not absorbing...what the hell is going on??? If is isn't absorbing then what he is doing?
Kyuubi/Naruto: Bijuu blast!!! A huge red blast rapidly hits Madara right in his chest.
Madara rises laughing with a huge hole in his upper body... (laughing) This is amazing... he is fighting off my power....more importantly.....he is seeking control over the demon fox......
Kyuubi throws his arms underground.....Madara: Tunneling your body underground? In that case...Madara: Earth release! Hidden bunker! Madara picks up a huge block of earth and smashes Naruto underneath it. (huge clap from the impact throws dust and winds back at the Kages as they look on)
Gaara: It is too dangerous to approach them likethis.... Raikage you are the only one who can get within range of this battle.
(watching on above a cliff top) Madara feels a huge quake beneath him..)
Nine tails pierce and strike upward from the crust of the earth. Using just his tails Naruto frees himself by breaking the mighty stone into pieces. Madara: Let us stop this game of test your might...and let's get down to it. (Serious face) Coincidentally I will show you the comedy and tragedy of our different powers! Susanoo! (one face has the Sharingan and the other the Rinnengan)
Kyuubi faces Susanoo within an orange flash Naruto is behind Madara. Susanoo: Lightning bullet! Susanoo spits out thousands of huge raition bullets. As they are about to hit Naruto, kyuubi unleashes a monstrous yell of wind that somehow darts them back in the direction of Susanoo!
Madara: Take this...I will shatter your dreams young Uzumaki! Sharingan Susanoo shoots out a pool of water with intense power. It scratches and tears against the ground. It pushes Naruto far back until Naruto makes a rasenshuriken from his hands and tail tip. Naruto hurls it up through the river and it collects the water as it spirals towards Susanoo's upper body. As the hurricane shuriken engulfs Madara we see the legendary Uchiha fall to one knee.. Madara(thinking) Such power!
Kyuubi quickly grabs Madara's hands with his tails and restricts his legs. Madara: You have me right where you want me huh? Naruto punches him one after the other... Only a portion of Madara's face is left..
Naruto: Eat this! He shoves a minirasenshuriken down his gut. Naruto jumps backward smacking Madara upward in the air as he implodes.
Raikage: This kid certainly is impressive...if only I can get Bee to be this serious!
Madara: Isn't he! (everyone is shocked) (Standing almost twenty feet behind them blended with the smoke and dust that covers the area)
Gaara (thinking) When did he switch to a clone????
Naruto once again sends his nine tails underground. Kyuubi goes for another frontal blast with his mouth..Madara quickly absorbs it. Out of no where his feet are grabbed by the tails... Madara: ?Clever! Naruto stretches out his tails and slams Madara into the crackling ground. The following seven tails come smashing down one by one into his body. Then without any one guessing...Rasengan is hurled into his backside. Moving further into the soft dirt, Madara for the first time is in agonizing pain. Naruto leaps into the air each tail sends out more rasengans towards his foe.
ENOUGH!!!! We see rasengans being sent into thesky...
Mei: He repelled them?
Madara rises with partial Susanoo covering parts of his lower and upper body. He is slowly regenerating.
We see the Kyuubis face being uplifted and our hero's blue eyes are revealed...
Naruto: I am in control this time!

564: The kage battle continues
Oonoki charges forward first this time and immediately hits a beam attack which madara easily dodge. Madara turns in time to see Raikage attemping a knee attack on him. Madaracharges forward and grabs oonoki by the throat. The kages charge towards him as Oonokiflies upward.
Oonoki: "Try as you may you cant fly like me madara and the others are waiting right down there for you."
Madara looks down to see tsunade and raikage both looking up at him as they are moving higher and higher into the sky. Madara smiles and looks oonoki in the eye while giving off a wicked smile.
Madara: "That was your mistake Oonoki. Now they can not save you. This should distract themwhile I make a safe landing. "
Madara lets go of the hold and instantly hits oonoki point blank with a grand fireball attack. The explosion engulfs Oonoki in flames and he screams in mortal agony as he is badly burned allover.
Madara: "Happy landings."
Madara with both of his arms clubs Oonoki in thehead and sends him crashing down to earth as Madara falls. Tsunade immediately heads towards oonoki while Raikage looks up over madara's location. Madara smiles and instantly performs a summon to summon a giant hawk that he lands on stopping his descent to the ground. The hawk flies over by muu and lands. Madara jumps off its back and instantly the bird desummons. Tsunade starts trying to heal oonoki but she looks like she is having difficulty keeping him alive. Garaa and Mizukage both head over to Raikage who is now standing in preparation to attack madara head on.
Raikage: "I guess tsunade is gonna have to sit the rest of this out if we want oonoki to stay alive."
Garaa: "We gotta stop fighting him just with counters. He already has two of us down and it wont be long before all of us are badly injured. Lets finish this."
Madara turns to some rock outcroppings to his right. He instantly shoots a grandfireball that hits the area. A Naruto clone stumbles out engulfed in flames. It instantly desummons as Madara looks on impassively.
Madara thinking: "Two down. Three to go."
Madara: "I couldnt agree more kazekage."
Madara's eyes shift back to mangekyo sharingan and immediately Mizukage instantly has a realization.
Mizukage: "Garaa don't look him in the eyes!"
Garaa suddenly finds himself trapped in Tsukyama as he feels himself vanish as he finds himself in total blackness. Everything gets darker and darker until he finds himself all alone in total blackness. Garaa collapses to the ground as Madara smirks.
Temari: "Garaa!!!"
Temari runs to Garaa, picks him up as best as she can, and runs off the battlefield.
Temari thinking: "We are dropping like flies. We can't beat him."
Madara looks at Kages and looks at Mizukage. Mizukage smiles and starts to perform handsigns.
Mizukage: "I guess its time we heat things up a bit around here. What? Not even a smile for me."
Mizukage lets out a huge stream of molten lava from her mouth that engulfs the entire battlefield as Madara looks on impassively. The sand reacts with the lava creating even more as the whole area violently begins to heat up extensively. Madara steadies himself as Mizukage and Raikage prepare to charge him head on.

Tobi: Urgh! **He's fast, I couldn't even make myself intangible..
Naruto goes for the kick
Tobi: Shinra Tensei!
Naruto goes flying back into Bee
Tobi is on his knees holding his face/mask
Naruto and Bee: !?
Tobi is re grouped by his paths
Naruto: What the hell? Who are these people?
Bee: !! That's... Yugito! These are..they must be the jinchuriki

Tobi starts removing his mask
Tobi: Since Kabuto summoned Madara...there isn't any point in having this mask on.
Naruto: What the....what are you?
Tobi's mask drops
Tobi: I am....One. --Tobi's regular mouth is stichedwhile on his cheeks there are 2 other mouths that are open.
Bee: That wack yo...
Naruto: You're one? What does "one" mean?
Tobi: I am nothing more then a combination of shinobi. Shinobi who are manifested by pure hatred. Some of which, you know of.
Naruto: ...? Wait a second...
Tobi: Starting to catch on? That's right...Akatsuki itself.
Bee and Naruto: ?
Tobi: I take the abilities of shinobi's who die with hatred inside of them. In the beginning, Madara was my first victim. His ability to enter and leavedimensions was part of my eye, the sharingan. Akatsuki was my next goal. Filled with rogue ninja's of the highest caliber, this was perfect for me.
Sasori and Itachi however...died without hatred. And for that I could never gain their power.
Naruto: Enough of this bullshit!
Naruto makes 3 shadow clones
Tobi: The next one...
Naruto attacks him with a planet rasengan
Tobi: Kakuzu's Iron skin!
The rasengan explodes, doing nothing
Naruto: !
Tobi's front mouth opens and threads come out holding him down
From both his sides, Naruto comes charging in with Rasengans
Tobi: The next..Deidara!
Tobi spits out 2 c2 birds from his side mouths which blow the Naruto clones up
Bee is above him just about to slash him down with samehada
Tobi: And now for the Amegakure orphans!
Tobi's arm becomes full of papers which engulf Bee
Bee gets disarmed from Samehada from one of the jinchuriki and is held down by the others
Tobi grabs Samehada

Naruto blocks it with his chakra arms but they get absorbed and the sword cuts a bit of Bee's leg

Scene shows Naruto Standing in Front of the Kyubbi’s cage.
Kyubbi: Madarra, so he has finally returned. What do you want to know?
Naruto: Why did you help me instead of him? I mean wasn’t he your original master?
Kyubbi: I HAVE NO MASTER PUP!!!
Naruto:?!!
Kyubbi: Madarra is everything you’re not Naruto. He was the strongest and most proud leader of the Uchiha clan, he believes the Uchiha stand above all other shinobi, that they are the destined leaders of this world.
Naruto:…
Kyubbi: He is committed to the goal of the Uchiha attaining their rightful place in this world and he is willing to do whatever it takes to make that come true. In the past it was the decision to join with the Senju, he had hoped to make theclan stronger by having strong allies and then having the Uchiha lead them, however things turned out differently and it was the Senju thatled the Uchiha instead.
Naruto: so he is doing all this… for his people.
Kyubbi: NARUTO!! He is also nowhere near as naïve as you. Uchiha Madarra may have morals but they are morals that are suited to him and the Uchiha clan.
Naruto:…
Kyubbi: Madarra would lay waste to the whole ofKonoha and every other village if it meant that the Uchiha would be the leaders in the aftermathwho would shape the future. Madarra would do anything and everything for his clan whilst you can’t even consider killing Sasuke who is now the enemy of all the alliance for what he has done.

Scene Switch to Madarra
Madarra jumps down from the tree that he’s been standing on of and faces off against Tobi at a distance of about 20-30 feet. His anger is still boiling over as he confronts Tobi.
Madarra: ‘You massacred them all!! You betrayed them all Tobi!!’ Madarra roars at him.
Tobi: I betrayed no one. They deserved what theygot. They had forsaken their pride as Uchiha’s when they became the lapdogs of the Senju. They had become weak and required extermination.
Madarra: You dare to justify the annihilation of our clan, you dare to justify your greed for power this way?!!
Tobi: Greed?! This was balance. You had your chance brother to lead the clan and see where it got you. My sacrifice went in vain once and I shallnot be sacrificed in vain again. It is my turn now to mould the future how I see fit and I shall not let you get in my way!
Madarra looks at Tobi and then finally the angerslowly vanishes from his face and he begins to laugh. He lifts his head to look up into the sky and he keeps on laughing.
Tobi: What do you find so funny?!!
Madarra looks over at Tobi again the anger still in his eye and the smile still on his face
Madarra: It made me laugh to think that you believed you would have any choice in the matter.
Tobi:??!
Madarra: Was there ever a time you managed todefeat me one on one brother?! Even when you were in your prime you were always second to me and now you are in this pathetic body and you think you can stand against me even whilst I am like this?!!
Tobi: A long time has passed since then brother and now I also have the Rinnegan at my disposal.
Madarra Laughing softly: So that is why you arechoosing to stand and fight rather than running is it?
Tobi: running would accomplish nothing, you wouldjust chase and find me. No, I will take you down now whilst I still have the upper hand.
Madarra: upper hand? Hahaha.
Madarra looks over Tobi’s shoulder and turns his attention to Zetsu.
Madarra: Zetsu my old friend, you said you follow the real Uchiha madarra, then go and takethese former hosts with you, I have no need of them, follow out your current instructions until the real Uchiha Madarra comes to you.
Zetsu:??
Kabuto viewing this from inside Madarra: (The real Uchiha Madarra, what could he be planning??)
Zetsu looks over towards Tobi and then at Madarra, he bows towards both of them and then heads off taking the former hosts with them.
Madarra: Now Tobi, it is just us left, show me what you can do.
As Madarra is saying this he pulls out a scroll from behind his back

Scene Switch to Gaara
Gaara and Bee are travelling through a wooded area, Bee is carrying Naruto on his back.
Gaara: The Tsuchikage should hopefully be with the medics by now, I hope he makes it through this.
Bee: That’s one tough old geezer, I ain;t worried so don’t you either.
Gaara: (His rhymes get worse and worse) Anyway we need to get Naruto back to the command tents immediately.
Suddenly from in front of them Tsunade and Raikage appear. Both sides stop in front of eachother.
Tsunade: What has happened to Naruto?!!
Gaara: nothing, he’s supposedly talking to the Kyubbi to get intel on Madarra.
Raikage: I see.
Raikage walks over to Bee and gives him a fist pound to the head
Raikage: Is this what you call looking after him?!!
Bee: Oww!
Raikage: Kazekage what is the current loation ofmadarra now?
Gaara: It is unknown, after he defeated the Tsuchikage he took off. If the last intel we received from the edo tensei user is to be believed he is going to confront the masked Madarra.
Tsunade: So…they might not have been working together?!
Gaara: we can’t say, that is about as much information as we have right now.
Tsunade: Raikage, I suggest we head back to the command tents right now, we need to formulate a plan based on this new intel and if Madarra is going to fight the masked man then that might just give us the reprieve we need.
Zetsu: I’m afraid that you won’t be getting any reprieve anytime soon hehe.
Raikage/Tsunade:?!!!
They all turn around to see Zetsu walk out from amongst the trees surrounded by the former jinchurriki.
Zetsu: I see you made things easier for me by coming out here. I’m sorry but I’ll have to take the boy with me and you all will have to die now!
Scene Switch to Madarra
Madarra has summoned his fan and his holding it out in front of him.
Madarra: You haven’t forgotten about this haveyou brother?
Madarra gives what looks to be a gentle sideways wave of the fan and an arcing slice of wind shoots out heading towards Tobi. Tobi Phases almost instantly as it flies through him.
Madarra: I know all your weaknesses brother, what do you think you can do?!
Tobi holds out his hand: *Bansho Tenin*. Madarra flies towards Tobi still smiling. Madarrasays *Shinra Tensei*. The shinra Tensei with the added force of the Bansho Tennin strikes Tobi and sends him flying crashing through a tree.
Madarra: That is your first weakness brother, You cannot use a justsu while phased, you have to be solid for that.
Tobi: *Kuchiyose no justsu*
We see the big chameleon lizard appear out of nowhere, Tobi jumps onto it and it slowly turns invisible and disappears.
Madarra: ‘and you seem to forget my attacks have a very large range’. Madarra lifts his fan with his right hand and pulls it back all the way over his left shoulder. With his left hand he creates a seal: *Katon: Imperial Wave of the sun god*. He slashes the fan across his front all the way to his right, a massive wave of air rushes spreading out to his far left and right and crashes forward. Madarra breathes out fire into it transforming it into a huge inferno of destructive flame that blasts through the trees. Suddenly its centre strikes something invisible and there’s a large scream. Madarra slashes his fan to the left and right and suddenlythe sides of the huge wave that were crushing past turn and crash in to the sides of the invisible chameleon now being burned from all angles.
Madarra: You’ll have to do better than that brother.
Tobi: I am!!
Tobi appears rising up out of the ground from behind madarra and begins to warp him away into his other dimension.
Madarra: *Shinra Tensei*
Tobi gets blasted away once more crashing through the trees.
Madarra: That is your second weakness, you can’t warp anything whilst phased either.
The Ground beneath madarra’s feet suddenly begins exploding. Multiple blasts start exploding all around causing the ground to break and tilt allover. Madarra shifts to try and keep his balanceon the shifting ground.
Tobi appears from beneath the ground once more right behind Madarra and this time grabs him from behind locking his arms in place and holding firmly against himself.
Tobi: Game over. I win brother, says Tobi as Madarra still smiles to himself.

Scene shows Madarra standing about a dozen feet away from Yondaime. Naruto and the kyubi clone are still tangled together on the ground a little further away to the side.
Minato: Madarra?!
Madarra: I never expected to see you again Yondaime, but you ruined my plans once before, I won’t let you interfere with them this time around.
Minato pulls out his three pronged kunai and holds up in a defensive position.
Madarra: I have the rinnegan this time around Yondaime, do you really think you can defeat me?
Minato looks at madarra for a moment and thenturns to look at Naruto and the Kyubi
Minato: Do you remember what we spoke of?!!
Naruto:???
Kyubi: Yes!
Minato: Then go!!!
He throws his kunai towards Naruto and the Kyubi clone. The Kyubi grabs at the kunai and both him and Naruto disappear in a flash of light.
Madarra: !!! You’ve taught him the flying thunder god technique already?!
Minato: He is my son, and I had to make sure I gave him some sort of an edge against you if you weren’t willing to listen.
Madarra: Willing to listen?!
Minato: Yes, I have a proposal for you.
Scene Switch to an Unknown location
We see a naruto clone running as fast as he can over the ground. Suddenly there’s a flash of lightand Naruto and the Kyubi clone come crashing down next to him.
Naruto: Noooooooo.
He grabs the clone by the jacket
Naruto: Take me back!!! We have to go help my dad!!
Kyubi: Naruto!! This was your fathers last request!! I wasn’t the one that brought you hereand I have no way of taking you back.
You see tears well up in naruto’s eyes
Naruto: But why??
Kyubi: Do you remember just before we started training your dad took me to one side to talk in private?
Naruto flashbacks remembering Minato and 2 kyubi clones standing a little far away conversing. Minato has hands resting on both of the clone’s shoulders as he talks to them.
Kyubi: He gave me and another clone some of his chakra, this clone was then sent to head off andget as far away from there as possible so that we could teleport here.
Naruto: But how did you manage to use the flying thunder god technique?
Kyubi: I didn’t, it was your father. This Kunai he threw activated the technique and teleported ushere.
Naruto:…
Kyubi: He knew that it was possible that Madarra had spotted him, he also knew that madarra would come searching for either him or you.
Naruto: So what?! I’m going to have to fight him anyway, we could have both taken him on!
Kyubbi: No you couldn’t Naruto, and Minato knewyou wouldn’t listen which is why he told me this.
Naruto:…
Kyubi: You are not ready to fight Madarra! You have no experience yet using the flying thunder god technique, if you took him on right now you would certainly lose.
Naruto:…
Kyubi: You’re father didn’t have much longer left anyway Naruto…and before he left he asked me to help him in one final plan he wanted to implement.
Naruto: Not long left??!!!
Scene Switch to Minato
Minato: I don’t have much longer left here.
Madarra:??!
Minato: I think any lingering questions I might have had, any reason to stay was fulfilled once I saw how much my son had grown. I’ve been feeling the pull to let go ever since, it’s only my seals that have been keeping me here but even they won’t be able to keep me in this world for much longer.
Madarra: So why do you stay and what is this proposal?
Minato: first I need you to answer something…truthfully.
Madarra:??
Minato: Ever since I’ve been brought back, I’ve been thinking about this war and for your reasons for doing this. From what I know of you I’m sure you have your selfish reasons to gain what you feel you were denied. I also understand your reasons for your revenge on the clan you did everything for but were then shunned by.
Madarra:…
Minato: But your revenge has been gained and the hidden villages…as they are now they could have been destroyed easily in secret rather thana full out war, so I have been thinking…why?!
Madarra:...and what answer have you arrived at?
Minato: Even though your selfish desires of leadership might be mingled into it this has all been about the hidden villages. They are a shadow of their former selves, eaten away over time by hatred and fear, anger and jealousy. They have faltered from the path that they originally set out on, they forgot why they werecreated in the first place!!!
Madarra: …

Minato begins takes a long look at Madarra and then slowly begins to walk over to him.
Minato: I thought so…I am not sure if it is possible to be able to permanently unite this broken world of ours, I can not even imagine how you intend to maintain this…but I do understand one thing.
Madarra: What is that?
Minato: you are a shell of your former self are you not?
Madarra:?!!!

Minato laughs quietly: ‘Does that mean you’d turn down a gift from an ally?’.

Madarra steps back looking visibly shocked, he looks down as if thinking and then looks back up at Minato
Madarra: (You Fool!! You really have no idea to what I have planned!! To think I would find you so naïve Yondaime, is this due to the edo tensei or has seeing your son affected you) You do not make this easy Minato, I will admit I have plans for Naruto…
He looks up into the air and sighs he then looks back at Minato
Madarra: In return for your aid I will make you this promise, I promise that Uzumaki Naruto shallsuffer no harm from me. I will have need of Naruto but I promise not to kill him, I swear not to harm him in any permanent fashion at all. If we must fight I will attempt to incapacitate him or retreat. He will never have need to fear any hostile action from my part.
Minato: Thank you
Madarra: BUT! I do not promise to be his protector, this is a war and there are many others out there fighting for their own reasons.I have no intentions to go out of my way to help him if he’s in trouble. Scene Switch to Naruto
Kyubi: He asked me to explain how the chakra merging between us worked.
Naruto: Why?
Kyubi: Because he wished to transfer the last ofhis chakra over to Madarra before he was forced to leave this world.
Naruto: Madarra?!!! My dad was going to help him?!!!
Kyubi: grrrrrr NO!! Your father was helping YOU! This was his last gift for you in this war as your father.
Naruto:…?? I don’t understand.
The Kyubi clone looks over to the other clone that is still hanging around, he nods his head and the other clone disappears in a puff of smoke.
Naruto:!!! Oh…
Kyubbi: Yes Naruto. That is why it took me so long to complete my part of the training, it didn’t take me that long to sense my own chakra, I was learning to sense his!!!
Scene Switch to Minato
We see Minato flaking away in the breeze like some of the other edo golems have done. Madarra stands there looking on at the spot where Minato stood.
Madarra: ( Thank you Minato, though I never intended on fighting your son, I shall watch on to witness his death for your sake! This war is mine now, Nothing shall stand in my way!!)

Madara looks on at the five Kages and the newlyarrived Jinks.

Instantly Naruto grabs his stomach...Madara's eyes widen......
Back with the Kages and Bee.. Naruto is transforming into kyuubi mode....
Madara: That's it lose all your sanity....come to me nine tails...
Kyuubi Naruto suddenly eyes Madara and within a hairs strike he swings his mighty arms.. Madara: Shinrai Tensei! The kyuubi completely ignores the powerful blast sent out by the deadly Uchiha and knocks him backwards. Tsunade: This is not good...we have no one who can restrict him...he will fight anyone who gets inhis way! Raikage: We will have to wait for that moment..until then let the kid go nuts... if we see an opening...GO FOR IT!
Madara: Wood Release Demon seal! Four pillars rise surrounding Naruto. Madara: Drain! We see blue and red bubbles popping up all around the pillars....Madara: I will not lose to some pup..NEVER!
Madara: ??? It is not absorbing...what the hell is going on??? If is isn't absorbing then what he is doing?
Kyuubi/Naruto: Bijuu blast!!! A huge red blast rapidly hits Madara right in his chest.
Madara rises laughing with a huge hole in his upper body... (laughing) This is amazing... he is fighting off my power....more importantly.....he is seeking control over the demon fox......
Kyuubi throws his arms underground.....Madara: Tunneling your body underground? In that case...Madara: Earth release! Hidden bunker! Madara picks up a huge block of earth and smashes Naruto underneath it. (huge clap from the impact throws dust and winds back at the Kages as they look on)
Gaara: It is too dangerous to approach them likethis.... Raikage you are the only one who can get within range of this battle.
(watching on above a cliff top) Madara feels a huge quake beneath him..)
Nine tails pierce and strike upward from the crust of the earth. Using just his tails Naruto frees himself by breaking the mighty stone into pieces. Madara: Let us stop this game of test your might...and let's get down to it. (Serious face) Coincidentally I will show you the comedy and tragedy of our different powers! Susanoo! (one face has the Sharingan and the other the Rinnengan)
Kyuubi faces Susanoo within an orange flash Naruto is behind Madara. Susanoo: Lightning bullet! Susanoo spits out thousands of huge raition bullets. As they are about to hit Naruto, kyuubi unleashes a monstrous yell of wind that somehow darts them back in the direction of Susanoo!
Madara: Take this...I will shatter your dreams young Uzumaki! Sharingan Susanoo shoots out a pool of water with intense power. It scratches and tears against the ground. It pushes Naruto far back until Naruto makes a rasenshuriken from his hands and tail tip. Naruto hurls it up through the river and it collects the water as it spirals towards Susanoo's upper body. As the hurricane shuriken engulfs Madara we see the legendary Uchiha fall to one knee.. Madara(thinking) Such power!
Kyuubi quickly grabs Madara's hands with his tails and restricts his legs. Madara: You have me right where you want me huh? Naruto punches him one after the other... Only a portion of Madara's face is left..
Naruto: Eat this! He shoves a minirasenshuriken down his gut. Naruto jumps backward smacking Madara upward in the air as he implodes.
Raikage: This kid certainly is impressive...if only I can get Bee to be this serious!
Madara: Isn't he! (everyone is shocked) (Standing almost twenty feet behind them blended with the smoke and dust that covers the area)
Gaara (thinking) When did he switch to a clone????
Naruto once again sends his nine tails underground. Kyuubi goes for another frontal blast with his mouth..Madara quickly absorbs it. Out of no where his feet are grabbed by the tails... Madara: ?Clever! Naruto stretches out his tails and slams Madara into the crackling ground. The following seven tails come smashing down one by one into his body. Then without any one guessing...Rasengan is hurled into his backside. Moving further into the soft dirt, Madara for the first time is in agonizing pain. Naruto leaps into the air each tail sends out more rasengans towards his foe.
ENOUGH!!!! We see rasengans being sent into thesky...
Mei: He repelled them?
Madara rises with partial Susanoo covering parts of his lower and upper body. He is slowly regenerating.
We see the Kyuubis face being uplifted and our hero's blue eyes are revealed...
Naruto: I am in control this time!

564: The kage battle continues
Oonoki charges forward first this time and immediately hits a beam attack which madara easily dodge. Madara turns in time to see Raikage attemping a knee attack on him. Madaracharges forward and grabs oonoki by the throat. The kages charge towards him as Oonokiflies upward.
Oonoki: "Try as you may you cant fly like me madara and the others are waiting right down there for you."
Madara looks down to see tsunade and raikage both looking up at him as they are moving higher and higher into the sky. Madara smiles and looks oonoki in the eye while giving off a wicked smile.
Madara: "That was your mistake Oonoki. Now they can not save you. This should distract themwhile I make a safe landing. "
Madara lets go of the hold and instantly hits oonoki point blank with a grand fireball attack. The explosion engulfs Oonoki in flames and he screams in mortal agony as he is badly burned allover.
Madara: "Happy landings."
Madara with both of his arms clubs Oonoki in thehead and sends him crashing down to earth as Madara falls. Tsunade immediately heads towards oonoki while Raikage looks up over madara's location. Madara smiles and instantly performs a summon to summon a giant hawk that he lands on stopping his descent to the ground. The hawk flies over by muu and lands. Madara jumps off its back and instantly the bird desummons. Tsunade starts trying to heal oonoki but she looks like she is having difficulty keeping him alive. Garaa and Mizukage both head over to Raikage who is now standing in preparation to attack madara head on.
Raikage: "I guess tsunade is gonna have to sit the rest of this out if we want oonoki to stay alive."
Garaa: "We gotta stop fighting him just with counters. He already has two of us down and it wont be long before all of us are badly injured. Lets finish this."
Madara turns to some rock outcroppings to his right. He instantly shoots a grandfireball that hits the area. A Naruto clone stumbles out engulfed in flames. It instantly desummons as Madara looks on impassively.
Madara thinking: "Two down. Three to go."
Madara: "I couldnt agree more kazekage."
Madara's eyes shift back to mangekyo sharingan and immediately Mizukage instantly has a realization.
Mizukage: "Garaa don't look him in the eyes!"
Garaa suddenly finds himself trapped in Tsukyama as he feels himself vanish as he finds himself in total blackness. Everything gets darker and darker until he finds himself all alone in total blackness. Garaa collapses to the ground as Madara smirks.
Temari: "Garaa!!!"
Temari runs to Garaa, picks him up as best as she can, and runs off the battlefield.
Temari thinking: "We are dropping like flies. We can't beat him."
Madara looks at Kages and looks at Mizukage. Mizukage smiles and starts to perform handsigns.
Mizukage: "I guess its time we heat things up a bit around here. What? Not even a smile for me."
Mizukage lets out a huge stream of molten lava from her mouth that engulfs the entire battlefield as Madara looks on impassively. The sand reacts with the lava creating even more as the whole area violently begins to heat up extensively. Madara steadies himself as Mizukage and Raikage prepare to charge him head on.
