Yahiko and the others decides to creates an organization --> Hanzou and Danzou ( Sai's boss, look like ) teams up and kill Yahiko. -->
This is the 2nd Pain
Yahiko, Konan and Nagato decided to form a organization and fight with Konoha and Iwa Gakure.
The organization was so big Hanzou couldn't ignore it.
Iwa, Konoha and Yahiko's manage to have a ceasefire after years of battle.
That's when Hell began.
The one who awaited them at the place where the ceasefire was supposed to be negociated was Hanzou, who took
Konan was a hostage, and Danzou from Konoha's Anbu.
Konoha and Iwa agreed on a fake ceasefire to bait Yahiko and assassinate him.
Hanzou expected his actions would make him a better candidate to the Hokage place.
Then Yahiko takes Nagato's hands and commit suicide.

then our organization became famous before we knew it.

That was the man named Danzou, from Konoha.
He formed an alliance with Hanzou to take the place of Hokage.
Hanzou : For me, you whole existance is an eyesore !
Yahiko ! You're the leader here, your life ends here !
If you don't fight to kill eachother, this girl dies right here, right now !

That's when I realized that my answers were just nothing.

no wonder Danzou is hiding i think he has a lot bigger part in this whole thing then we all realize. And on a side note I am curios how strong he really is? He has to be pretty strong to work an arrangemnet out with Hanzou and even be considered for Hokage and for him to have the followers that he does. Atleast naruto is learning some truths about him to help prevent him from becoming Hokage if Tsunade does die the way we all think she will by saving Kakashi.

Finally some story pops up. Not just random pein stuff but what is really unknown. That's good.
I won't be surprised if Sasuke is going to have a hard time defeating the 3 elders. It's like Madara sent him instead of himself to finish them off, making me believe that they just might be more powerful then they pretend to be. Remember, those 2 old advicers were teammates of Sarutobi and students of the second hokage, and Danzou was once worthy of the hokage title.
But I'll be damned if Naruto suddenly shows up during the battle and takes a hit that was meant for Danzou and yells out something like "I won't let you hurt him Sasuke, bla bla bla". I hope he doesn't do an idiotic thing like that.

Actually if you looked carefully, you would see that this story could give us answers on many things such as: Hanzou, Danzou their relation.
oh dang, i didn't even notice that. hmmm, so hanzou and danzou have some kind of alliance, even though hanzou is dead now. i bet danzou wants to kill pain badly.
well, jiraiya DID tell tsunade to be careful of ROOT. which danzou leads ROOT.
i've always wondered that myself. MAYBE THEY'RE BROTHERS!!!!
OH SNAP WAIT A MINUTE. doesn't danzou hate the 3rd hokage? and hanzou lead the rain village in some war. MAYBE secretly danzou was helping hanzou in that war and when the rain village lost. that's why danzou hates the 3rd.

danzou hated everything 3rd stood for. maybe danzou created ROOT to help him take over konoha and kind of "reborn" konoha for his own desires.

To tell you the truth, Konoha needs a leader like Danzou. The whole Village has gone soft.
"Home is where someone thinks of you" And "You grow stronger when protecting something you love".
The latter has proven to be bullshit.

so it seems the war hanzou and danzou started created pain, like minato said. pain may be jiraiya's killer, but pain was created by OUR ninja wars. so pain wants to stop all wars, but little does he know madara just wants his damn pet fox back. madara is one sick and twisted emo scared from battle. he thinks he's a god but when other ninja defeat him(1st hokage, 4th hokage) he freaks out and creates akatsuki so other people can do the work for him.
