So? Uchiha are born with powerful eyes and unlock extremely power abilities essentially for free through MS and EMS. Their powers work differently, Sasuke just gets immense power from a single source while Naruto gets it from the bijuu that he was able to convince and persuade.

Sasuke was able to learn Lee's High Speed Taijutsu in a month,which took Lee years to learn + he developed his 2nd Nature Transformation for the first time and advanced it to MASTER the Chidori all in this one month.So just imagine how much progressed he could make in 2 and a half years of training.

Well you could count Susanoo as a tailed beast...maybe 2 or 3 because it has upgrades that can be considered or leveled to a tailed beast.

Sasuke doesn't need to ask someone else to use Perfect Susano'O but Nardo has to ask someone else to use Lava Style Rasen Shuriken. Naruto doesn't need to rely on his own chakra to fight, he has 9 other sources giving him chakra. Sasuke has to fight with his own chakra.
