It hasnt even been suggested at all that Temari likes him...she just thinks its insane how powerful he really is. She is totally into Shika anyways, her and naruto wouldnt be a good couple. Hinata and Naruto would be nice, but would make it sort of awkward having to show all the stuff between them as well.

If you follow both Anime and Manga, You could probably count on one Hand the times Naruto has spoken to Temari, Tenten and Ino, in all this time. Shikamaro and Temari have more history together than anybody else.
