If you go by the Manga Kishi has made the decision It's NaruHina, all the character development for Hinata from Confession to last chapter 629 is ben centered on Making Hinata strong,physically,emotionally and spiritually the evidence is their now, more fillers keep coming out about Hinata even if they're not cannon it's showing Her advancement over all other Females including Sakura who is getting less time. Add to that Sakura is hopelessly still being shown in love with Sasuke. And Naruto has awaken to how Hinata has always ben at His side in the good and bad times,He even thank Her and took Her hand, He did not have to hold Her hand unless He is showing true caring for Hinata and Her feelings for Naruto.
Kishi is manipulating the fandom, Narusaku in part one, a bit of Naruhina in chunin arc, a big fanbase for narusaku a small one for naruhina. Part two? Narusaku until the battle of Pain, where we see Hinata's feelings. Part 3 (Yeah, i consider Five kage summit onward a part 3) Naruhina all the way, but Kishi dosent want Narusaku to fall just yet, he wants the pairing war to go to the end since if it all ended the manga would lose one of the fanbases, So he made "road to ninja" Which is not canon, but he made it, so the fandom wont fall just yet. He made Naruhina, a small pairing, turn the tables and get all the popularity, in case you were wondering, that is why they call him a genius, Because he knows how to controls his fanbase.
