This post marks the beginning of my (our) mission using these storyboard elements:
-Do some moderate meditation to improve focus (1)
-Finish a chore using Ninjutsu (1)

Summary: This mission contains the first leg of Isoka's sea voyage through the Nanmen Ocean. He has boarded a vessel at a port at Dragon's Rest, but without a means to pay the Captain he agreed to use his ninjutsu to aid in the traveling. He quickly realized the mistake he made as the sea did not agree much with him. In order to achieve his chores he had to meditate, and was able to use his ninjutsu. Though, the effects were not what he had intended.

Life on the sea. It stirs the very soul of an adventurer! Sailing off to some unknown land in search of treasures, excitement, friendship, love, and memories. The great adventurers were remembered forever, Uchiha Magellan, Kaguya Polo, even Sarutobi Drake. All names known to children across the world. The waves sparkled under the sun, and the sky was sparsely spotted with weightless white clouds. The ship kicked up a salty spray as it cut through the ocean with minimal resistance. It was an adventurer's dream come to life.

That dream did not belong to Isoka. He sat in a dank and dark cabin below deck, ignorant of the glory above. He had never heard of those famous names, a side effect of being raised by animals with their own history and customs, and there was little doubt that his name would never accompany them in future textbooks. A small bucket containing the contents of breakfast threatens to overflow. It would have been a pressing concern if Isoka had any more to contribute, but his stomach had emptied an hour ago. He laid on a lumpy cot with his rice hat covering his face wondering how much longer they had to go. It hadn't crossed his mind before he had left, but he had never been on a boat before. There was little need of them in the desert, and the Tanuki seemed to have an aversion to them, perhaps for good reason. Isoka couldn't wait until he had solid land under his feet again.

The door to his cabin swung open and a portly man with a gruff beard came stomping in. "There ye are! Cap'n says ya've had enough rest fer three trips! If ye don't start pulling ye weight, he's gonna throw ye to the fishes!" He stomped out as quickly as he barged in, leaving Isoka to struggle out of bed. Another concept that had been overlooked by the novice traveler, its expensive. With the Tanuki the travel arrangements were always their own, they had their own caravans, their own carts and horses, and they paid for all of Isoka's expenses, given his deistic status in their culture. On his own, he hadn't even considered that money would be necessary. He was almost turned away at the port, but the Captain of the ship allowed him to come aboard in exchange for labor. Labor that had thus far gone incomplete.

Get your ass moving, the water and I don't exactly mix. We get thrown in I'll sink like a stone! Shukaku was no fan of the ocean either.

Isoka pulled himself out of the best and steadied himself with his staff, stumbling out of the room and up the stairs. "You mean I'll sink like a stone, you get to be nice and cozy in there!" He swung open the hatch and climbed out onto the top deck.

The sun assaulted him immediately and it took some time for his eyes to adjust to the sudden change in brightness. The deck was chaos, crewmen scurried from place to place barking orders and commands between each other. The boat tilted and dipped and twisted and turned and water splashed on to deck, though nobody seemed the least bit fazed. Isoka had no clue what was happening, yet it seemed like a well oiled machine. Each part working in unison with a dozen more, some parts quickly, some slow, each individual a random brush stroke in a masterful portrait. And then there was Isoka, an accidental drop right in the middle of it.

He worked his way to the Captain while trying to navigate through the hustle and bustle of the workers. He was almost knocked to the floor several times and received harsh words for his trouble. "There ya are! The pauper finally emerges! Did ya have yourself a nice beauty rest, princess?" There was little pause for answer, and Isoka was in no state of mind for quick wit. "Now because of you we're already a couple hours behind schedule! Ya said you could control the winds, well we got ourselves a bit of a doldrums here and could use a boost. I don't get how ya ninja work or whatever, so just do what ya gotta do, got it?" The Captain motioned to the sails which sat static with a lack of wind. Isoka was a novice, but he at least understood the concept of sails. He stumbled towards them and positioned himself behind.

"Phew...okay then...just a little wind. Just a deep breath. And a little breeze. You can do this." Isoka closed his eyes and tried to put the sway of the boat out of his mind. He took a deep breath in, but he wasn't accustomed to the saltiness of the ocean air and immediately started coughing and dry heaving.

"Jeez kid, you're really struggling out there, huh? I got an idea. Remember way back when, when you were trying to get used to my awesome power, and the head honcho had you meditate?" It had been some time, but Isoka remembered that day. Tanhage had brought him to one of the great falls to meditate under the water, like they did in all those kung-fu books. The water sure as hell didn't help, but the meditation helped him focus.

Isoka sat himself down and crossed his legs with his eyes closed. He focused on his breathing, making it slow and controlled. He thought back to the falls and the calm, serene atmosphere he achieved. Slowly the noise of the bustling crew quieted, and the rocking of the boat eased. He found himself back on land, sure of foot and clear of mind. The nausea subsided and he felt his strength return. "Alright! Its workin' Tankami! Now...just make a little wind, eh?" He held out his right hand and created a small gust within his palm. It then grew outward, becoming larger and larger, filling the sails and bringing the ship back to life. The crew cheered as the ship lurched forward. It gained more and more speed as the winds grew, pushing the ship harder and faster through the sea. "Kyahah! I'm doing it, I'm fucking sailing!"

Confidence began to build in Isoka and he began to unleash even more of his power, filling the sails with stronger winds. His eyes remained closed, and he was immersed in his meditation, yet he could feel the ship moving with great speed. He was perhaps too immersed in his meditation, however. In his closed off mind he couldn't hear the shouts of the crew, or the commands of the Captain, begging him to ease off. He was ripped out of his meditation by a loud cracking sound.

CRRRRAAAAAAACCCCCKKKKKKKK

He opened his eyes and his heart leaped into his throat. The mast of the ship couldn't bear the weight of the winds and snapped near the base. The tall sails fell to the side and splashed down into the water, leaving the ship dead in the water. Isoka's eyes nervously darted between crew members, staring at him in disbelief.

Uhh...hey, big guy? I think I screwed up...

Coming from Kanashii Ocean

Ryuu carried on through the ocean, hidden within a large boat full of ships men and passengers. At this point, he also decided to stay on the safe side, making himself invisible by controlling the reflections around him. Silently, he stood at the ships railing, watching the water go by...
(Meisaigakure no Jutsu) - Hiding with Camouflage Technique
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30 (-10 per turn active)
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user after performing the Tiger hand seal to control how light is reflected around their body with chakra inflections. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert maneuvers but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. However, the usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills. The Second Tsuchikage, Mū's mastery of this technique helped earn him the moniker "Non-Person" seemingly having neither form nor chakra while the technique was active. Thus, he could not be sensed through traditional means.
Note: Technique lasts a total of 3 turns
Chakra: 1575 - 5 - 30 = 1540

Ryuu continued across the water, smiling as he saw his friend whizz past. She would be faster than him with her special shoes. Almost at his destination, Ryuu continued to look into the water again.

Star-3's pace slowed as the features of the island's stronghold started to become more and more distinct. Her eyes strayed and happened on a pair of large ships sailing by, heading west off the coast of the peninsula. They were too far away to make out anything noteworthy except that each flew red flags. She glanced back at the ship Ryuu was on and increased her pace again.

After catching a ride on a boat from Dragon's Rest Desmond noted that the sheer number of passengers on the boat "Hmmm they wouldn't miss a few drops of blood..." he thought to himself. Weaving a single seal Desmond would place all twenty-five passengers on the boat not including his group, causing them to see feathers fall from the sky and then sleep. Desmond then walked throughout the boat gather blood via multiple syringes from each passenger then placing them into the jar, once done he would release the genjutsu and motion for his party to enter into a private cabin and wait out the ride.

Coming from Jiro Island

Dozens of crewmen hurried about pulling ropes and climbing webs of complex rigging. Sails unfurled from towering masts, swelling with air as they caught a wind current and put the entire ship in motion. It rotated, turning away from Star-3 who had only just caught up after running over miles of water. It had been drifting along with seemingly no destination the whole time and only now began to move with purpose. For moment she thought she’d been spotted but she was so close now it didn’t matter. They weren’t getting away.

Leaping, Star-3 landed near the rear of the ship and began booking it up the wooden hull. The hood of her cloak slipped off her head, letting loose a streak of dark hair that flailed wildly behind her. Her hand hovered near a pouch at her hip, waiting to take out whoever dared look down over the edge of the ship. After reaching the edge uneventfully, she crouched behind a railing and gingerly peeked over it. The ship was crawling with activity but no one seemed aware of her presence. Their attention was elsewhere.

A grand vessel in pristine condition came sailing in from the Gulf. It was bigger than any of the other green-flagged ships converging on it. “Fly the Roger!”, someone shouted. On cue, a black flag with the infamous skull-and-crossbones was hoisted up. Now she was certain. They were pirates, and they’d just found their first victim. Star-3 pulled her hood down over her head and silently vaulted over the railing. If these were the pirates she thought they were, it was a good opportunity to gather some valuable information.

“Fire in the hole!” A loud boom rang out at the front of the ship as the Star darted across an empty upper deck and down a small staircase. She flattened herself against the back of a crate and wrapped her billowing cloak tightly around her. The bigger ship showed no signs of stopping, apparently unfazed by the pirates’ warning. More orders were given and the crew moved like clockwork, readying cannons all along the side. Its brothers did the same, targeting it from both sides. They were going to stop it by force.

While observing the situation from her hiding spot, Star-3 found her fingers tracing the jewel in her pocket. That useless rock. There was a task she needed to complete to get the best out of her ‘gift’. “Seek the blood of the guilty…“ It wasn’t entirely clear what the nameless cultist wanted from her...from them…but she knew it wouldn’t be a walk in the park. She was the weakest of Astra’s Six Stars and massively outnumbered in the middle of the ocean. She couldn’t afford to get discovered here. At times like she could only rely on her training and the tools at her disposal.

Smiling to herself, she twisted a dial on her wristwatch until it clicked into place. The device lit up faintly and digital letters scrawled across its face:《SEMBLANCE READY》《LINKS: 0》She focused and lifted her hand to form a seal. For an instant her whole body flickered like television static. When she saw her hand again it was no longer hers. Her previously smooth and slender fingers were now thick and calloused. When she ran it down her face she felt the frayed edge of a worn out wool cap, a wrinkled forehead, a flat nose, and a scraggly beard. Assisted transformation: Successful. Stepping out in her new disguise, she hurried barefoot into the whirling stream of bodies, emulating their lively gait. She soon found herself hauling a crate of metal spheres toward the front of the deck, sharing in the excitement and anticipation of her 'friends' without anyone batting an eye. So far so good.

(Dōgigo) - Semblance
Type: Tool
Rank: B
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: N/A (-10 per turn)
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A device resembling a watch that is designed to aid in covert operations involving groups of people. Twisting a dial located along its edge makes it passively take chakra from the holder and link itself remotely with up to eight similar bands. By forming the Seal of Confrontation in any position, the wearer and anyone linked to this device can transmit a mental command to it and have the Transformation technique passively applied to them. They appear to flicker for an instant when assuming their disguises instead of being covered in a puff of smoke. Regardless of the user’s skill with transformation, the result is so intricate it is impossible to tell it apart from the real thing. This device maintains the transformations itself so getting injured will not cancel them. Transformations applied by Semblance do not cost a move except when multiple people transform in the same timeframe. In that case it will cost just one move and remain passive.
-Each person may only use this device to transform once per turn
-Moving long range from it cancels the transformation
-Transformations can be cancelled at will

Mission: The Candidates 2

Summary: After infiltrating a pirate crew in the midst of a raid, Astra’s third Star observes their behavior before deciding whether or not to use them for her weapon core. When a rival pirate crew appears she deems them more worthy of the title “guilty” and sets out to prove it.

*BOBOBOBOBOBOOM!!!*

Starr’s fingers alone couldn’t block out the tremendous sound of half the ship’s cannons firing at once. The brisk ocean air trembled but not as much as the planks beneath his feet. Plumes of smoke drifted up from the iron barrels of even larger guns stationed below deck. When the smoke cleared he expected to see the larger and more impressive ship sailing parallel to them get torn apart by the barrage of dense metal flying at them. Instead, the shots struck an invisible wall and dropped into the waters below.

“Aye, looks like we got the right chase lads.”

Starr turned toward the owner of the voice. It was a man in his late thirties, somewhat gaunt, wearing a coat of luxurious blue fabric with a scabbard by the waist, sparkling rings, and a hat that tapered in three directions. Compared to the mismatched, unappealing garb of many aboard the pirate ship he may as well have been royalty. Starr couldn’t help but feel sorry for the rest of them who looked like they wore the same clothes every day until another ship came along. At least it was easy to see who ran things around here.

“This a turning point for us. Once we’ve laid claim to the motherload, we can finally send them Ants running. How’s that sound?”

As the captain spoke, his crew seemed instilled with determination. Dozens of men lined the side of the ship as the two ships drew closer. They each formed handseals, unleashing a plethora of jutsu at the barrier between them, each blast, blade, and bullet forming cracks in its surface until it scattered in a shower of electrical sparks. The mob let out a cheer and started leaping toward the other ship. Starr joined them, wanting to see how they operated up close.

Lodging a kunai in the hull with a well-aimed throw, Starr yanked the wire attached to it and pulled himself onto the side of the ship. Two bodies covered in electricity plummeted past. There were ninja above, raining down a combination of lightning and gunfire. Thankfully, a serpentine stream of water erupted from the water to guard the group as they made their way to the top. Another round of cannon fire rang out, shredding through sails, rigging, everything the large ship needed to keep their ship in motion. What next?

Once Starr and the others boarded it was over in a flash. The pirates, outnumbering the ship’s guards, formed teams and took out each guard individually while protecting each other. Their coordination was impressive, they must have been doing this for a long time. He found some guards literally frozen in place, not frozen solid but encased in ice. They were gathered beside other tied up guards and the rest of the ship’s crew. Despite their injuries, no one aboard the cargo ship was killed, either knocked out, beaten until they couldn’t fight back, or forced to surrender.

As Starr searched crewmen for valuables like several others were, he felt a hand on his shoulder and a chill that permeated his whole body. He looked up to see the Captain smiling at him.

“How are ye today, Darwin? Feeling under the whether?”

“Nay, i feel pretty good actually. Not much better than a successful plundering eh Cap’n...Fennis?”

Starr responded to the captain in a cheerful way like one of his crew would, remembering his name at the last second. Starr tried stepping away but his feet wouldn’t move. Glancing down he noticed frost gathering beneath him. Fennis spoke again, leaning in to whisper.

“Don’t run off now. We can talk. Ye not Darwin. No one i know responds to that name.”

A black spike slowly protruding from Starr’s palm came to a halt. His first instinct was to kill the captain and escape but he swallowed the urge. These pirates weren’t the worst people. Could they even fuel the weapon core?

“I can be whatever you want me to be, maybe even an ally. Those ‘Ants’ you mentioned, they’re the Red Giants aren’t they? You can rest assured now that Astra is looking out for you.”

"Who--?"

As Fennis was about to continue, the sound of shouting were heard and two heavy impacts shook the entire ship. Starr and Fennis both looked back to see number of flaming boulders headed right for them. The air around Fennis felt colder than it had ever been as ice formed on the ship and coalesced in the shape of a pair of dragons that coiled around it as they protected the ship and everyone else from the onslaught. By the time he turned back, Starr was gone, leaving only an asterisk carved into the spot where he once stood.

Two enormous ships flying red flags threatened to lay waste to everything in sight with their meteoric bombardment. The cargo ship was taking the brunt of their firepower until two of the ships working with Fennis moved in to deflect them with jutsu of their own. The attacks were powerful enough to smash through ship’s sturdy hull. If the cargo ship was destroyed then its valuable contents would be destroyed along with it.

Starr boarded one of the green-sailed ships on the way to the red ones and stopped when he saw what was in his way. People were pouring out of the red ships in large numbers and boarding the green ships. They were under the banner of and infamous pirate crew larger than any other in Kurikita, or so he’d heard. The now burning ship where two sides engaged in bloody combat wasn’t the best place for him to be. If he wanted to influence the situation in his favor he had to attack the heart.

Starr’s focus narrowed immensely and all the color in the world vanished. Everything moved sluggishly as though time itself had slowed down. His Rinnegan saw the chaotic battlefield as a maze that constantly shifted and warped as the battles raged on. But there was a path, a glimmering thread, which he followed without question.

As he ran, black rods emerged from his hands in the shape of a simple pair of daggers. Within the desaturated world a single color stood out: Red. It showed as a mark on the bodies of those he passed by, unguarded flanks, vulnerable necks, crucial tendons. He sliced through them without thinking, moving like a blur to the untrained eye.

He consciously avoided the Greens (Fennis’ men) and licked blood off his daggers while keeping a count of everyone he’d cut. Many of Starr’s victims were already engaged in battle with the Greens which make them far easier targets than those who had their attention on him and although he didn’t know it, his blood harvesting gave the Greens opportunity to finish off their injured foes.

Meanwhile, his own eyes darted rapidly as he avoided danger. Swords, knives, and sabers of questionable quality were swung at him but were far too slow to reach his body or get past his own blades. Ninjutsu and firearms bore no better results. He was always one step ahead, already out of sight before the attack is launched or shielded behind a supposed ally. He noticed something when the tactic didn’t work. The Reds seemed almost antagonistic to each other to the point that they didn’t care who was in their way. More often than not, Reds fought over the same targets rather than work together, like they were competing.

Upon finally reaching the end of the the trail and the edge of the ship, Starr found less and less Greens ahead, only the enemy. He dashed into a group of Reds where he noticed people that were hesitant, lingering behind, fearful of joining the fray. They looked out of place. Suddenly Starr noticed his surroundings taking on an orange hue and dove backward as a fireball blasted his previous position.

Obscured by smoke and flames, Starr activated Semblance once again and disguised himself as one of the Reds. The daggers he had were hidden as well. He jumped onto the deck of the larger ship with an unconscious pirate in tow but didn’t get far before he was stopped by someone a bit better dressed than the others and one too many piercings on his face.

“Where ye goin’ with that sorry lad?”

“Looked dangerous. Didn’t want him in the way.”

“Yeah? Give him here… Hah! The shitty rat, i saw him leave just a minute ago and he’s already like this. Welp, there’s no place for him here.”

After snatching the unconscious Red from Starr’s hands and being amused by his bruised face, Ringhead lifted him into the air and casually tossed him overboard. Starr stiffened.

“Now that he’s napping elsewhere, ye can go back to killing those rats.”

Starr nodded, turning around without a word. Then a small ball dropped from his hand and covered the area in a thick smokescreen. The sounds of fighting could be heard inside before a cloaked figure dove over the side of the ship and into the water. Ringhead came out of the smoke grinning at the water. When other Reds took notice, he just waved them off.

“I already took care of the rat. Nothing to see here.”

Ringhead, Star-3’s newest disguise, was perfect for his infiltration of the Red’s ship as he seemed to have some kind of seniority among them and could explore the ship to his leisure. Now that he was here, he needed to find a certain person. So, he went up to one of the guys hurling long-ranged jutsu at the other ships, and asked for the Captain. Ringhead was told the Captain was below deck and warned not to bother him. Thanking the artillery with a pat on the back, Ringhead launched a black rod into his body which rapidly multiplied inside him and left him a standing corpse. It stayed unnoticed long enough for Ringhead to leave some more artillery in a similar state before heading down a set of stairs that creaked beneath his feet.

He passed a number of gunners firing cannon before coming up to closed room at the back of the ship. There were screams coming from inside, a combination of terror and something else. As he tried to approach the door the screaming stopped and he heard something hit the floor. The next thing he knew, a stone slab came crashing through the wooden door and right for Ringhead’s...head. He dropped to the ground, narrowly dodging it.

“Who let a stinkin’ rat on my ship?!”

Ringhead’s eyes widened at the sight of the figure stomping toward him. His tri-cornered hat suggested he was the captain but his resemblance to Fennis ended there. He was shirtless and very muscular despite his prominent gut that hung over a gleaming belt buckle he was trying to fasten. Behind the Captain, Ringhead caught a glimpse of a woman wearing nothing, bruised and shivering in a corner.

A large hand reached for Ringhead and he rolled sideways while stabbing the floor with his black dagger. A split second later, multiple black spears shot up around the Captain that would have skewered him had they not snapped in half without even breaking the skin. So Ringhead, without a moment’s hesitation, threw down a smoke bomb and jumped. His target was the ceiling. If he could break through that to the outside he’d be able to make his escape. He wasn’t about to fight someone he couldn’t kill instantly, not after being found out so fast. A black lance took shape in his hands but before he could pierce the heavens he felt stone wrap around his legs and slam him into the ground. The body of Ringhead flickered for a moment as the clasp on Semblance broke, returning Star-3 to her original form. She frantically reached for the device as it fell, managing to grab it before the Captain emerged from the smoke cloud clad in thick stone armor. He snarled.

“Ye thought you could scurry away after disrespecting me? CAPTAIN GREGORY!?”

The stones tightened around her legs with a force that thretended to snap them in half. Placing her hand on the wooden plank she sent rods multiplying through the floor again only to tear through the foundation of the floor and make both the Captain and her fall through. They landed with a heavy thud on what could only be the lowest level in the ship. When the dust cleared she noticed the Captain’s head was bare, his hat having fell off during the fall. While he searched frantically for his missing hat, Star-3 found a moment to look around and noticed a group of people quietly staring at them. When they met the Captain’s gaze they all shrank back, their shackles clanking together with every movement. She knew why they were here.

“Just try and escape me. No one has. No one will.”

Captain Gregory, having recovered his hat, charged at Star-3 even angrier than before. She ran into the darkness, multiplying her rods and filling the area with sharp obstacles which were all shattered by his impenetrable body. He headed right for her even though he couldn’t see and she knew he was sensing her every movement. She had just the thing for that. When she reached the end of the line, with the Captain blocking all avenue of escape, she dropped a special bomb that unleashed blinding light and deafening sound, but more importantly, it disabled his sensing. Just as the blast went off she attached an explosive tag to his arm which she detonated as soon as he brought his arm back to guard his precious captain’s hat, the only thing not protected by his armor.

When the flash ended, Captain Gregory remained unharmed but he felt like something was missing. His head was bare once again but he didn’t have to look far. His hat was right there, sparkling even in the dim light. He put it back on, feeling whole again, immediately began sensing Star-3’s location knowing she couldn’t have gotten far. Little did he know, she couldn’t be any closer to him. The very hat on his head transformed, revealing Star-3 holding what was left of Semblance in one hand and holding the other firmly on Gregory’s head. Neither of them moved a muscle.

“You must be miserable seeing your entire life flash before your eyes. Now you know how i feel...if only for a moment.”

As Star-3 removed her hand from the Captain’s head she drew out an ethereal silhouette of his form. Empty, the man collapsed to the ground, his impenetrable armor crumbling into dust. The prisoners, waiting with bated breath watched as Captain Gregory emerged from the darkness and approached them. To scared to move, they were surprised they heard their shackles breaking, their restraints undone.

“Don’t worry. You’ll see the light again soon.”

After hiding the lifeless body, Star-3 disguised as the Captain returned to top of the ship and ordered all the Reds to return. Though confused, they all compiled without question and the ship was steered away from the ongoing battle. He could see the Greens had no trouble holding out while she was gone, managing to prevent the cargo ship from sinking beneath the ocean while ensuring the ship’s passengers could escape with their lives.

Although she managed to fool the Reds for the time being, she didn’t want to pretend to be the Captain any longer than she needed to. So, she gathered everyone on the deck and had each pirate she named come below deck with her. Having the names and faces of the worst Red Giants fresh in her mind, as well as all the atrocities they’ve ever committed in the Captain’s presence,s he had no trouble knocking out every member who didn’t suit her needs. She was left with a pile of unconscious people bound with the help of the prisoners and a handful of unwilling crewmen after informing them of their newfound freedom. Before they woke up she pricked each one with a knife and dripped their blood into mug containing the black jewel she had. After regurgitating blood from the dozens of people she attacked earlier, she was positive she had at least 100 different people’s blood on the jewel. While it did appear murkier than before, she wasn’t quite done yet.

The ship’s red sails were lowered for perhaps the first time in a long time and Star-3 got the chance to talk to the people she’d rescued and was overwhelmed by how grateful they were. One of them hugged her, the one she’d seen earlier but fully clothed, overjoyed that they were returning to Kurikita where she could see reunite with her family. When she let go, smiling with tears rolling down her face, Star-3 instinctively took out her weapon core and touched it to the wet spot on her shoulder in the hope it would be the final piece of the puzzle. Before they got to far away, she looked back to find that the battle they’d left behind was over. The one remaining Red ship fled, and the four Green ships dragged the entire cargo ship with them, securing whatever treasures were contained within. They owed her for this, but not now. In time she was going to need all the help she could get.

(Shichishitō no Jutsu) - Seven-Branched Sword Technique (x11)
Type: Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary
Rank: B-A
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 20-30
Damage Points: 40-60
Description: The user creates chakra rods from their arms or other chakra rods in contact with them which in turn produce more rods, a process that can be repeated indefinitely. Through this process a variety of tools and structures can be formed. The rods can be produced with enough speed and force to impale a person with virtually no resistance. Their inherent durability makes them suitable of being used as a defense against attacks of equal strength. Chakra rods may be merged through contact or severed whenever the user wishes while in contact with them. By severing rods as they are in motion it is possible to launch them as projectiles. Multiple users can perform this technique collaboratively to create structures faster and with more mass making them stronger which counts as a single move.
-Only usable by Rinnegan users including linked paths
-Structures retain their strength when separated from the user.
-Collaborative usages increase the technique’s rank by +1
-A collaborative usage of the A ranked version is usable 3 times per battle with a 1 turn cooldown

( Kemuri Senkōdama ) - Smoke-Flash Bombs
Type: Tool
Rank: N/A
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: Similar in use to the smoke and flash bombs respectively, this tech dazes the senses by emitting a powerful sound and light. It was powerful enough to block even enhanced senses of sight and hearing, leaving those with vision and sound based sensing useless. It's major downside, however, is that due to affecting a wide area, allies could also be caught in the blast radius if not warned beforehand. Due to the mass amount of chakra released from the explosion, chakra based sensing dilate also left useless. These are also able to negate B rank and below technological sensing devices as well.
Note: User can have up to 3 max while Cyborgs have up to 6.

( Kinjutsu: Tamashī no jokyo Jutsu ) - Forbidden Technique: Soul Removal Technique
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 70
Damage points: N/A
Description: By placing their hand on a target's head this technique allows the user to learn everything that the target knows. Once this is done, the target's soul is ripped from their body, killing them. The technique takes some time take full effect (the time it takes to read the opponents mind) but the only thing the target can do is stop the technique before all knowledge is acquired. However, by attacking the user and forcefully making him remove his hand, the soul will be dragged out and the target killed. It is, however, completely useless against clones.
Note: Can only be used by Rinnegan bios with the (Ningendō) - Human Path active.
Note: Can only be successfully used twice.

Starr's efforts bore fruit; the Weapon Core seemed to illuminate dimly as a twisted union was formed between dark and light energies. The hollow crystalline gemstone was now, at least partially, powered. Perhaps even Starr could feel the Core calling to her, pulling her to a lost continent to the East. But it was all unclear. And it seemed, at least for the time being, that the mysterious stranger was not going to arrive. For now, Starr would need to wait for further instruction.

Coming from [x]

In preparations for the deep diving needed to be done, Alucard had summoned Akemi along with him who appeared right as he entered the Nanmen Ocean territory. Mega Blaziken and the Hamura statue would have to remain in the water and the pokémon would sit on the statues head. None of them could swim particularly well. Alucard would join with his Vampire Squid and use his own developed water breathing mask.

(Toritonmasuku) - Triton Mask
Type: Tool
Rank: B
Range: N/A
Chakra: 20(-5/turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: The triton mask is an advanced yet tiny mouthpiece that lets the user breathe under water and in other hazardous environments where gases that chokes humans could be a threat. The mask simply converts water into breathable air when used under water, while in other situations store enough oxygen for the user to survive in hazardous instances for one hour before getting too low. Warnings are always given to the user whenever the mask starts to run low on oxygen and will start run the same type of program as when submerged underwater, which is to convert the surrounding gases or liquids into breathable oxygen. Obviously this doesn't work for the most potent poisons but up to B rank it could still be very dependable. The mask will always work underwater though until the device is either broken or faced with enough water pressure that it breaks. The users needs to spend chakra constantly to convert gases into breathable oxygen but not for water.

Note: Can counter poisonous gases or other hazards that affects the users breathing up to B rank at the cost of chakra per turn.
Note: Lets the user breathe under water indefinitely.

Him and Akemi would dive down under the sky blue water until the pressure started to get quite extreme but after reaching a few hundred meters down, 500 hundred to be exact. Upon diving at this range for a bit, Alucard would notice something with his Tenseigan. On the bottom of the sea there was a structure, decorated in a plethora of different gloaming bioluminescence. Alucard looked towards Akemi who signaled with her tentacles that she'd go down there and check it out.

..Hm..

I've never seen this place before Alucard. I don't know what to expect.

His vampire squid approached the submerged temple with her jet propolsion. But then Alucard noticed that there were some sort of implanted security measures or booty traps placed on the surface of its exterior. Before he could warn his summoning, he would instead use his hand cannon, Skorm's Bow, to shoot a concentrated bullet of pure wind chakra that would fly past Akemi and hit the exterior of the temple, triggering its defense system to activate.

Skorm’s Bow
Type: Tool
Rank: S
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40
Damage: N/A
Description: Skorm’s Bow is a heavy-duty modernized high caliber chakra gun with blood/black thorn patterns and a red glowing holster. The gun has two types of rounds it can fire but both of them are purely composed out of lightning chakra. The gun has two different types of rounds that are all loaded in the magazine at all times but cannot be fired more than once per round. The first round is called explosive rounds, dealing 80 damage in total but is split into 40-40 whereas 40 damage is inflicted on contact where the bullet actually lands and the other 40 damage is spread up to mid-range in an omni-directional burst where the bullet ended up. This type of bullet is made up by fire chakra.
The second type of bullet is the armor piercing bullet, consisting of typhoon (or wind if the user cannot use typhoon) chakra it is extremely sharp but also very small. This bullet causes 80 damage and can penetrate up to S rank targets which are neutral to typhoon/wind. Up to forbidden if weak towards wind or typhoon. This bullet will continue through a target unless they carry armor(up to A rank) and hit whatever is behind it as well(directly behind that is and in the bullets trajectory).
Note: Can only be taught by Skorm. Each Bullet can only be utilized 3 times each.

Akemi would stop her advancement abruptly and both of them looked towards the the temple covering itself with some sort of chakra chitin that warped around it. The bullet itself would be devoured by the cloaking, meaning it was really strong as the bullet itself had armor piercing attributes of an S-class wind technique. The shroud did not seem to resemble the Sea of Life or contain any Amino Geis but it would be a damn hassle to remove it. But if Damon had done it, then so would Alucard. He would channel chakra thoughout his body and concentrate into his hands after having performed three handseals. The dust release would surely penetrate this defense measure. Due to the underwater environment, bubbles would come out as Alucard spoke. The high energy element would be shaped into a massive cone to use as a drill towards the chakra chitin shroud. He would encapsule a large amount of it within the dust release barrier and then disintigrate a large enough portion for him and Akemi to enter through.

Jintwown!!

(Jinton: Genkai Hakuri no Jutsu) - Detachment of the Primitive World Technique
Type: Offensive
Rank: C-S(S)
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 15-40
Damage: 30-80
Description: The user first performs a short sequence of handseals: Rat → Boar → Snake, then creates a basic 3D-shaped construct via Dust Release between the palms of their hands. A small sphere is located at its centre. The structure expands rapidly in size when being propelled towards the designated target and traps them inside its confines. The sphere then seems to explode with a tremendous amount of force, while the exterior walls of the structure effectively restrict the size of the blast radius. This results in the destruction of everything and anyone caught within, as they are pulverised into minute particles of dust. The technique isn't limited to just affecting physical matter; it can also affect chakra-based defenses. But the resulting damage that this technique can produce varies considerably, depending on the initial shape of the created structure..

Cuboid Structure: A form manipulating the Dust Release structure into a very generic three-dimensional cube. While the cube's surface area is rank-dependent, its shape also enables localized destruction and entrapment. Unlike the other shape alternatives, this form is always limited to just short-range when used.

Conical Structure: A form manipulating the Dust Release structure into a simplistic three-dimensional cone. While the cone's base diameter is rank-dependent, its base is always located in front of the user's hands with the pointed end poised at the desired target. It has an intermediary reach, extending up to mid-range.

Cylindrical Structure: A form manipulating the Dust Release structure into a basic three-dimensional cylinder. While the cylinder's diameter is rank-dependent, it is unique amongst shapes in extending up to long-range.
Note: The surface area of the cube form is 1m² at C-rank, 3m² at B-rank, 5m² at A-rank, 15m² at S-rank.
Note: The diameter of the cone and the cylinder is 1m at C-rank, 2m at B-rank, 4m at A-rank, 8m at S-rank.
Note: Only useable by Mū and Ōnoki bios. Clones are unable to use it.

The chitin chakra shroud would be destroyed by the powers of the dust release, crumbling inwards and taking a large chunk of the temple's stony texture along with it. A small hole had been made for him and Akemi to slip through as well and they would enter the drenched temple through the hole. They entered what seemed to be the main chamber, occupied by dozen of decaying human skeletons that looked like they had been lying there for centuries. Some random fish was also swimming through the open room but it seemed like there were a few other chambers where Alucard and Akemi would swim towards as they explored. Not a single speck of life was found except the regular fish but each of the chambers incorporated the very same type of barriers that the ouside of the temple was using, meaning Alucard would have to continously use his dust release in order for them to continue. But it didn't seem like there was much to discover on this plane. Alucard would look down at the floor and could see something faded down wards in what seemed to be some sort of hidden chamber underneath the oceanfloor. He signaled to Akemi.

Wheh maih hvah taow gho dweepwer.

You sound ridiculous you know.

Alucard would find something that looked to be a hidden hatch and blasted it open using his dust release once again in the cylindrical form. It was getting quite exhausting to be under the crushing depth but thanks to his ultra strong body he could just take it. However going down even further would start to tear his skin up but it would heal thanks to his kekkei genkai as he and Akemi would descend through the hidden drenched tunnel beneath the submerged temple. This caused blood to constantly stream in small lines around him where the skin would rip open but heal instantly. Lucky for them there were no sharks around. But instead something was definfinitely moving around at the bottom where the tunnel would end as far as Alucard could tell via the Tenseigan. Not just that but he could see a fade of chakra as well close to the large.. moving thing that was down there too. If Damon was in this temple still it had to be his chakra that Alucard would be seeing. The large moving body resembled that of a giant octopus with massive tentacles the same size of Nahla. They finally reached the end of the tunnel and Akemi would poke her head out of the bottom of it to check the situation. Immediately as she did she was almost ripped in half by the huge monster underneath but her water pressure sensory gave her a heads up as the monster swung its tentacles towards her, allowing her to dodge out of the way.

Jesus Christ that was close.

Alucard would slap his summoning and toss her backwards so that she wouldn't get killed. This creature was far out of her league.

Aowht owf dwa wvvai.

Alucard stormed the secret massive chamber from the tunnel. The blood from his body started to leech out of him even quicker now and the monster caught sent of it and turned into a rampage. Behind it, Alucard could see an unconscious but breathing Damon Oceanborn who had trapped himself in an airbubble surrounded by Sea of Life. It seemed like it was a last resort manouver before he lost consciousness. If this monster had knocked HIM out, it was trouble and Alucard was getting crushed by 600 meters of water above his head making his kekkei genkai have to work rapidly to close the wounds on his body. Down at this depth he was unable to use fire, lightning and water elements all together due to the surroundings. The giant monster would make a leap towards Alucard with two of its massive tentacles arcing from his right side. He would create a gravity bubble around him to deflect the hit even though the monsters kinetic force behind its sucker punch was so great that even with the shield, Alucard was bitchslapped into the wall of the chamber. Unharmed, but still.

( Tensei Suiryoku ) - Reincarnation Thrust
Rank: S
Type: Supplementary/Defense/Attack
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra: 40
Damage: 40 - 160
Description: The user will repulse and push away anything around him up to a given range, in all directions, producing an omni-repulsion effect. The force and repulsive effect is absolute, affecting both energy and matter alike. The technique itself can be used with different ranges/sizes, depending on how much chakra the user spends for the technique and can even, in its smaller form, be sustained, forming a static defensive field instead of a wave-like effect.
Shōkibo - Small Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to short range. The offensive power in this size is not that high as it hits opponents but can still do severe damage. It isn't, however, fatal, boasting a physical 40 damage. If the user focuses this ability with the help of his hands he can sustain a defensive absolute repulsive field around him. He can't, however, do any technique while he is sustaining it and he can only sustain it for 2 turns. Once used, takes one turn cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.
Chūkibo - Medium Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to mid range. The offensive power in this size is severe, sending opponents flying backwards with enough force to, if not defended properly, leave near fatal physical damage. Although not directly fatal, the technique boasts a physical damage of 80. If the user focuses this ability through one or both hands, he can push away a specific target or technique alone, instead of producing the normal omni-repulsive wave. Once used, takes 2 turns cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.
Ōkibo - Large Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to long range. The offensive power of the technique is devastating and anything in its path that doesn't manage to defend properly is left obliterated. Its fatal if unguarded, boasting a physical damage of 160. Using this techniques poses a great deal of danger to the user as he damages his chakra pathway itself to be able to mold sufficient chakra to perform it. Once used, the user loses the use any gravitational related techniques for the remainder of the fight and is unable to mold chakra for techniques above A-Rank for 5 turns.
Note: The technique is immune to normal Elemental Weaknesses and Strengths and as such can't be blocked or stopped. However, the enemies can still use techniques that prevent or reduce physical damage to their bodies to survive its effects or escape its range through a fast enough technique. This means that in the large scale, while the technique can't be stopped or directly countered, enemies can still manage to survive if they logically counter.
Note: Can only be used by Tenseigan Bios.

This thing meant bussiness. Alucard had to think for a while on what to do while his shield would be kept open as the monster bashed it into the walls left and right. The biggest part of the creature was its eyes and disabling those would mean victory. That was one plan but disabling its eyes would probably mean it would in total blindness try to smash everything around it into sawdust. It wasn't good enough, however trying to cut off its tentacles would be the best thing to do right now as it would disable it from its weapons. Alucard readied his golden nightmare sword as well as Darkiscie and removed the barrier at the perfect moment as he noticed the monster curling up its tentacles around the barrier, ready to toss it again. With two vertical large kenjutsu moves, he had severed two of its tentacles. The monster made a deaf and muffled scream in pain as it lost its tentacles. But the worst part followed as the monster showed capabilities of regeneration and regrew the tentacles rapidly only to strike Alucard with such force that it shattered his left and right leg. He was growing desperate at this point and his kekkei genkai was currently working to keep the blood inside of his body.

.Fwckwng hwell..

He could see now how the thing had knocked out Damon. Without a plan this thing seemed to be unbeatable in its natural habitat. In order not to faint, Alucard had to do something drastic. He clenched his broken half of his body as the monster would stretch out its newly regrown tentacles for a final strike that would probably in worst case knock Alucard out cold. He was not going to lose here though. With a high power surge, Alucard entered Yang State and his entire attire became as shining as the sun along with 4 TSB orbs radiating with Yang energy would float next to him. Immediately upon activation of the Yang State, Alucards would utilise the truth-seeking orbs and form a shield around himself yet again as the monsters tentacles would wrap around the liquified shield it would take considirable damage on its tentacles as the surface of the Yang TSB were scorching hot. Inside his bubble, Alucard needed to heal before he could fight the monster within the Yang State.

(Yoton Modo) - Yang State
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: N/A
Chakra Cost: 200 (-50 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: Based on Hagoromo's Six Paths Sage Mode, those who have completed Yang can enter this mode to elevate their prowess but only in their spiritual or physical capabilities. The lack of the Juubi’s monstrous chakra and natural energy makes it impossible for proper balance of both Yin and Yang natures simultaneously at such a high level. When entering this mode, users first gather their five basic nature chakras and their Yin and Yang natures. They then manipulate the ratio of their Yin to Yang chakra such that one nature almost completely overshadows the other, done almost instantly and effortlessly. The result causes the user to enter one Yang State. Yang State is the state entered by users when they emphasize their Yang chakra over their Yin chakra. In this state the user is endowed with a white and black jumpsuit akin to the one Bruce Lee donned in the “Tower of Death.” Their hair and sclera become white as well and their hands gain pure white, fingerless gloves with black magatama on the back. Along with the 4 Truth-Seeking Orbs, the user will gain a pair of white nunchaku consisting of the same energy and ability of the orbs. The main attribute that users in this state gain is Tian. Tian refers to a physical power beyond the scope of the earthly mortal. While in this state, the user’s ability to track and react to movements and actions is near limitless. Gaining a tracking capability on par with the Eighth Gate, the user's speed increases by x6 as well. Almost all physical damage is all but negligible to a user in this state, tanking S rank damage from any clash. The only possible way to cause physical harm to a user in this state would be for them to use Yang Release or Forbidden ranked techniques, or techniques that exceed the damage of 7th Gate and beyond. The effects of these Jutsu, while not dealing physical damage, will still apply such as fatigue, paralysis, etc. The drawback to this technique is that, due to the massive imbalance of Yang chakra, Yin Release and other spiritual techniques are impossible to use whilst in this state.
Note: This technique only last 6 turns and can be used only once per battle.
Note: One must have completed Yang Release in order to use this technique. The user can only use either Yin or Yang State on any bio.
Note: Once the technique ends the user’s spiritual or physical chakra is drained to the barest minimum for their survival, thus making them incapable of using Yin, Yang, or Yin-Yang Release techniques for 10 turns and incapable of using taijutsu for 5 turns (this includes releasing leg weights and physically augmenting techniques).
Note: Likewise, users are unable to use techniques above A-rank for 4 turns.

(Yoton: Gudodama) Yang Release: Truth-Seeking Ball
Type: Supplementary/Offensive/Defensive
Rank: S
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra Cost: 70 (-20 per turn)
Damage: 100 each
Description: This is a version of the Truth-Seeking Ball capable only to users within the Yang State. These orbs possess the five nature elements plus the user’s Yang Release chakra. The ratio of Yang chakra that exists within the orbs is greater than the parent technique and thus has more physical qualities to compensate for the lack of Yin and natural energy. These orbs are around the size of a fist and are bright, radiant, and white. These orbs are malleable like the parent technique due to the collection of nature chakra within them; however, they have a great deal more physical energy due to their high ratio of Yang chakra. The high concentration of Yang makes these orbs incredibly hot to the touch. No heat actually emanates from the orbs, but if anyone or anything else other than the user comes into contact with the orbs, they’ll scorch immediately. These orbs can effortlessly evaporate liquids and disintegrate solids. High energy elements like lightning and fire only feed its energy and thus these orbs can only be matched by chakra exceeding forbidden rank in strength. Like the parent technique, the user can generate various shapes and entities with these orbs as well as command them up to a distance of mid-range. The user can expand these orbs and create a mid-range level explosion with these orbs. With the use of a single hand seal, however, the user can use one of their orbs to heal themselves or others from damage that could have otherwise been fatal. The user can do this twice ( only once on themselves ), sacrificing up to two spheres, however, the user can only use the application once every three turns. Again, like the parent technique, the user can only command the orbs for two turns before they return to an idle position. After using one of the orbs to heal damage, the user will be unable to use the Truth Seeking Orbs for 3 turns.
Note: Can only be used while in Yang State.
Note: The user can command the orbs anywhere up to mid-range, beyond that the user can only call them back into their range of effect. However, if the orbs go beyond 20 meters they will remain until the user gets close enough to call them back.
Note: The user gains 4 orbs which surround them in any form they desire upon creation.

( Toyokumono ) - Toyokumono
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 70 (-50 per turn)
Damage points: N/A
Description: This technique is the strongest non Eighth Gate Taijutsu in existence. Toyokumono gives the user's Taijutsu powerful space warping abilities and puts them on par with Night Guy in terms of capabilities. The effects of this technique are strongest the closer one is to the user, allowing the user to bend space towards him to let Taijutsu attacks "phase" through counters. When taijutsu is used, the user is able to cause the space around and near the attacks to bend either towards or away from the attack. When in short range, this allows the user go have a near 100% chance of landing attacks despite any physical counter presented. Should target be mid range away, the user is able to warp the space in between his attack, causing it to bend towards it, effectively pulling the target towards the attack and reducing the space between the attack and opponent to short range. With this technique, the only way to avoid taijutsu would be to combat them with energy attacks or stay out of mid range.
Note: The S/T warping of this technique allows attacks to effectively warp through defenses of equal rank and lower regardless of chakra input or damage should they be physical/corporeal.
Note: This ability remains active for as long as the user is using Yang State.

(Yoton: Taiyōnomegumi) - Yang Release: Touch of the Sun
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra cost:70 per use
Damage points: N/A
Description: Through the infusion of Yang natured chakra into others, users can heal others to their original best physical form. It can be used to regrow missing body parts, heal wounds, purge poisons, etc. The target needs to be alive and the bigger the injury, the longer it takes to heal. The limits of the heal, however, are almost none as it can heal 150 damage per turn and can even heal the chakra system or other injuries that are otherwise not possible to be healed. The technique requires time and physical contact and as such isn't very suited to use in a battle when compared to regular Iryo Ninjutsu.
Note: Yang Release masters are able to use on themselves.

As he was radiating with Yang energy, he felt his speed was able to bend space and time and as he lowered his shield and being fully healed he would look dead in the eyes of the gigantic octopus and as it prepared for another slam, he would warp space and time to bypass its tentacles and land a massive blow towards its eyes which were weak in composition. As he landed a drop kick into both of its eyes he would make himself ultra heavy as well, making the drop kicks deal a tonne more damage that originally. While he blinded the beast he would use his orbs to cut off its tentacles once again after shaping them into sharp swords while he would land several hits on its head in massive speeds. This mangeled it pretty badly. While it attempted to regenerate its newly severed tentacles it looked like the beast was growing extremely weary and Alucard kept up the hard hitting strategy until the beast fell to the floor of the chamber, completely out of commision. Alucards Yang state would end. He looked at Damon's Sea of Life bubble. He couldn't destroy it as it was basically the thing that kept Damon alive at the time, he would have to move it somehow but moving it could result in him being incapacitated. He then came up with the clever idea to use his Sonic Tractor Beam to use as a force to drag the bubble and Damon with him as he would ascend with Akemi in the front.

(Sonikkutorakutābīmu) - Sonic tractor beam
Type: Tool
Rank: S
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40(-10/turn)
Damage: N/A(80, if used aggressively and slam a shinobi into the ground for instance)
Description: The tractor cannon is a device placed inside the hand of the wielder and is about the size of a cent. The tractor cannon uses sound frequenciez to attract an object in question by surrounding it in a concentrated high-pitch and constantly controlled loud sound which in turn creates a force field around the object. This gives the properties of manipulating foreign objects without actually touching them, however the technology of this device is very underwhelming and is in a very early state of scientific research but the limits of the sonic tractor beam is that it can only move objects that are the same weight or less than the wielder of the tool. If the user wants to remain gripping an object for more than one turn, additional chakra needs to be put into the device and they may not close their one hand where the device is on since that would disrupt the tractor beams sound-waves. Therefore, techniques that requires handseals cannot be used at the same time as the tractor beam is used for an object(pulling, lifting etc). A way to neutralise being lifted up in the air and smashed into the ground is to simply disrupt the soundwaves by using wind. The user must also always focus the device on the object they are lifting. If an object is caught in the force-field of the tractor beam that is of much greater weight than the user, it will only partially slow it down. The tractor beam can push and drag objects in pretty decent speeds(up to the users own speed base). The minimal weight the tractor beam can influence is the weight of a feather.

Note: Objects that are to be manipulated cannot exceed the weight of the user or a regular human to have lift-off from the ground. They may only be partially slowed down.
Note: The maximum reach for the tractor beam, or as far as it can push objects is long-range.
Note: The tractor beams hold only lasts for a maximum of 3 turns and can only be used twice per battle for holding objects that long.

They all would leave the dreaded temple and once they were out of the water and regrouped with Blaziken and the Hamura statue, Alucard would end his Yang state. They would then head back towards the Formosa island where Damon would have some explaining to do, but as it stood now the mission was completed and Alucard had been close to death once again but overcome it thanks to his incredible strength and mastery of Yang.

Isabella now pondered about another question, her eyes. She knew the experience of dying and ressurecting wouldn't be normal, to say the least. But she also wouldn't expect her eyes to be reborn into something different. Solomon indicated clearly that there was more to her than meet the eye (pun intended) but now she was starting to really put some thought into it. When she returned, she would have to ask Solomon about them, though it was unlike Isabella to trust a complete stranger with such a personal and intimate information.

Carrying on across the ocean.

It was amusing to be followed by a giant cat. After the initial confrontation, conversation with the Bijuu dimmed down to pretty much nothing. Still, Isabella was feeling good with her accomplishment.
