Looks: Nasashi wears black and white samurai attire under a short sleeved blue jacket on the outside as clothing. The shoulders on te torso have small flaps on them that look like they were shredded. He also has strapped cloth on his forearms. His hair goes down his face, and in the back it is a strapped up like a samurai's original hairstyle. An he wears pants and socked sandals. Standerd samurai attire without the armour basically. He also has a light scar going down his face on his right eye, and another scar on his left cheek bone.

Personality: A very peaceful person without a care in the world. He makes his life the way he wants it, he has always been on his own so he may be a very shrewd person at times. He is devoted to un-sheathed his sword or KG ever again. But is drawn to do so when he unexpectedly has to become a young boy's body guard. Honorable and proud enough, his journy as a shinobi begins once again.

Background Info

History: It was a time of war, when rulers are deposed, and the lower ranks overthrow their higher-ups with frequent impunity and got away with it. A young boy by the name of Kotaro 仔太郎, whose family and relatives back in Kirigakure had all perished, escaped to the land of Lightning by sea with the help of a monk by the name of Shouan 祥庵. The tale thus began with the mysterious armed group from the Ming Kingdom in Kiri, arriving on the shores of Kumogakure, seeking the 'hidden secret' within Kotarou's body.

Upon losing Shouan's protection after his temple burned down, Kotarou became a vagabond, and wandered the streets together with his trusted pet dog Tobimaru 飛丸, until he chanced upon a man who has forsaken both his name and his sword at a certain abandoned temple, by the moniker of 'Nanashi'. As it happened, Nanashi was present when members of the mysterious Ming organization attacked the abandoned temple, and having successfully repelled the attackers, Kotarou took the opportunity to 'hire' him as his bodyguard. Initially both treated each other with animosity, but gradually the bond between Nanashi and Kotarou grew stronger as they continued on their way. Traveling shortly into the land of rain, where Nanashi passed an exam allowing him to learn and wield the rain element, going back to Kumogakure afterwards.

Meanwhile, the leader of the pursuing Ming organization, Byakuran 白鸞 secured the co-operation of the feudal lord of Akaike Castle in their quest for the boy, even as preparations of a suspicious ceremony for the boy was ongoing. After a chance meeting with Nanashi in a small town, both Luo-Lang and Nanashi were mutually drawn towards each other by their strengths. By the same chance fate that brought about these 2 men's meeting, the time for exchange of swords also drew near ...

In a climactic battle, Nanashi and Lou Lang fight until both of their swords have shattered, and stab one another at the same time. Nanashi is saved by the gem given to him by Kotarou, and Lou Lang dies while commenting on how being stabbed feels. Kotarou, Tobimaru and Nanashi then ride to the coast where Kotarou comments on how they could visit a foreign nation or take up various vocations. Nanashi blacks out, and a trail of blood can be seen being left behind the horse, leaving Nanashi's fate ambiguous. However, he is saved, as he is seen later on eating with Kotaru and Tobimaru.

Shikotsumyaku: Literally meaning "Dead Bone Pulse" is the Kekkei Genkai of the extinct Kaguya clan, which gave them the ability to manipulate their own skeletal structure. By infusing their calcium with chakra, they can manipulate the growth and properties of their bones by will. The ability seems to be rare amongst the clan members, as Kimimaro was the only one to exhibit it out of his entire clan.
Shikotsumyaku abilities:

-Manipulation of their bones' growth up to a point to even create weapons of bones from their own body.
-Firing pieces of their bones as long-ranged projectiles.
-Regeneration of the bones they remove themselves and skin regeneration caused by this same removal.
-Ability increase the density of the created bones, making them stronger than steel. This not only makes the created weapons very powerful, but also makes their bodies virtually indestructible.
-Kimimaro, has shown, most of the techniques are named after flowers. Most of them are also taijutsu-based sword dances, which are used for close combat and defense. However, as Kimimaro demonstrated, the bones can also be forced to grow from the ground, as a form of a ninjutsu, and that he can emerge from any of these bones.

Nanashi's Arsenal: Nanashi carries pouches on his body which contain multiple shuriken, kunai, explosive tags, flash, pepper and smoke bombs, as well as ninja wire, and every other weapon essential for your regular day ninja. Nanashi has a Hidden Kunai Mechanism, much like Naruto. This item allows Nanashi to instantly extend and retract kunai from his sleeve using a spring-loaded wire. He also carries his devious Katana. Sharp as the sharpest of all, regular in length, with a black and read designed scabbard. He sports a straw hat on his head at all times, and also carries a bow on his back. Which works in conjuction with sharp arrows, carrying them on his back as well, a total of 10 arrows, designed as such, that allows them to reach long ranges without losing accuracy or speed. He also carriers numerous scrolls on his back waist.

Specialities: Nanashi has trained day and night. For the past 20 years in the affinity of Water, because of this, Nanashi has developed amazing prowess with the element. Capable of coming up with the most clever combinations using water only, going as far as being able to use any water technique with the need of atleast 1 hand seal if required. Just like water, Nanashi's wind affinity has also shown to be equally mastered, being able to wave up to 10 hand seals in the period of 3 handseals for a regular wind user. Nanashi has signed the snake contract and later on completed the techniques of the same contract. He sports the snake tattoo on his left arm wrist, ready to summon at any time.

Close Combat: Nanashi has shown a penchant for melee fighting, demonstrating great mastery in unarmed combat. His fighting style is an offensive, brutal and straightforward one, relying on a great variety of punches, kicks and even headbutts, however, his real asset is his ability to create fluid, precise, and accuracy inflicted blows, thinking about every movement and thinking about many ways to act accordingly. All which are shown to be both strong and fast; such moves can also be combined with techniques from his water speciality with extreme fluency to great effect, as such his speed is also very skilled.

Nanashi's abilities made him well suited for close-range combat fighting, demonstrating tremendous taijutsu skills combined with equally impressive speed, agility, and dexterity as well as devastating reactions. He was shown capable of evading a combo attack from two opponents at once, in which the former's fire acted as a medium to greatly enhance the latter's attack speed, without much effort, and could also keep up with the two of them in a fast exchange of blows, managing to parry their melee assaults and at the same time to counter-attack with his sword and kaguya techniques and skilled speed.
