In that thread you said that Katakuri would win, but we don't know what diff Sanji would push him to since we hadn't seen much from Katakuri, even though his bounty alone made the answer obvious. I think Oda himself might have said it's just for comedy. The nose-bleed was also explained as that being around Usopp brought out the perv in Luffy.

This may sound illogical but there are a lot of instances where luffy is shown placing unfailing trust in nami and there's also the foreshadow when he placed his hat in her head during arlongs arc.

Not only that , her powers are identical to dragon ; Storm creation .
