ok i finished reading the very long thing after they entered the grand line and to the end of the battle with the sand dude and what i noticed thoughout the whole time since they aggred to take bebe with them she has said their names in ways i was like wtf.

luffy she said was luefy
zoro she said mr. bushsido ( where the f*** did taht come from?)
bebe then bb then bibi now vivi
pell then it was bere

wtf is with the names changeing like this in the middle of the manga?

That's not how it goes. Remember this manga was being translated before you could even hold a spoon by yourself. By 2001 - 2005 this was in MSN Groups, the only way we could get online scans, back when we were underground. There were different translators back then, and being such, could not agree with romanizations. Chinese ones had Sanji as Haingis, Chopper as Chop, Zoro as Solon ... Luffy became Luefy, Rufy, Ruffy, Lufy ... even now, with the Big Mam/Mom/Ma'am arguments. Even Shilliew, Shiryuu ... Romanization interpretations are common in manga scanlations, and you should try to understand it even just one bit.
