Naruto (BM), Hashirama (also can heal himself without handseal) , madara, 3rd raikage, the sage, 1-10 tail beast, itachi, DSM kabuto, nagato. Elder son of the sage, younger son of the sage, minato, tobirama, 8 gates gai.

Kirin, no body in naruto can react on the speed of the lighting it self (with manga proof).
But what's make a different is the lightning is from the sky (not from sasuke). Let's say the distance between the ground from sky is 3000m. Speed of lighting is SUPERFAST, and it's 3000meter persecond. Inother words, it took 1sec. For Kirin to hit a target. Not to mention that sasuke rise up his hand first then pull it down, then the Kirin start moving.

What U see is quite tired itachi, so he was quite immobilize..

So kage lv. Ninja should be able to do somthing before Kirin strike from the sky.

Naruto would beat him at mid-difficulty at most even if Sasuke can use Kirin multiple times. He tanked Tenpenchi in KCM WHILE protecting hundreds from the SA. So assuming it could hit him, it wouldn't do much damage to him. On the other hand, a TBB barrage would obliterate Sasuke.

tenpenchi is weak as balls. it was tanked by v1 cloaks. the reason it is weak it it isn't a focused as kirin. naruto isn't tanking kirin. And what feats do you have of tbb barrage destroying sasuke? feats please

That raw lightning was blocked by a level 2 Susanoo. Naruto's cloak tanked Juubidama, which could fodderize a level 2 Susanoo and then some. Naruto can tank Kirin.

His tails are still apart of his body, and there is no reason why he can't do the same to block Kirin.
