So does Kirin... and to answer your question: Kagebunshin no jutsu for a distraction, besides if anything goes wrong he may always teleport away.

Itachi - has Yata mirror which is known to deflect any attack.
Madara - has Perfect Susano armor which negated a TBB which is probably the most powerful attack. :yeah:
Shisui - KA one-shots, I should say no more. =D
Obito - similar to Shisui, but this time it's Kamui which is a haxxed ability. O_O
Minato - FTG is the most effective technique for him in this case.

Probably other shinobi as well. *_*

PS: Just a reminder for you. Kirin or even an advanced version of it takes prep time which is likely to give advantage to Sasuke's opponents.

There aren't many who can beat Kabuto in a cave.
There aren't many who can beat Hidan whom he already took their blood and are not even avare.
There aren't many who can beat Neji; while their back is against a wall; Neji's byakugan activated and his hand is pressed right on their heart.

A favoring scenario can make anyone the victor.

Hizuren did it when some hold First and second hokage. Minato did it when his wife was holding Kurama. If Minato summon this shit he already dead. But he never never had a chance to use it on Sasuke because when he show up Sasuke sword slash kill Minato. And if Sasuke put genjutsu on Minato this fight would be over before it start.
