Actually you're right now that I think about it, Sarada love Boruto cause she was always blushing whenever Boruto talk nice about her. He isn't taller at all, he's just in the front. Angle tricks to make it look like he is taller because he needs to get the spotlight.

Trust me, I know about photography and the tricks photographers do to make you look like you're taller.
