OR Kabuto Because Of All His Edo Ppls And He Probably Could Cancel The Edo's That Tobi Is Using Rendering The Tailed Beast Just WILD Untamed Beast And It'd Take Even MORE Chakra To Control Em'

Inoichi can relay the location of tobi from hiashi mind to minato to goto a certain kunai and kill tobi
Inoichi and hiashi would both have the seal thingy minato needs to teleport to them if they are in trouble if gedo mazo is summoned minato can just do a contact seal like with the kyubbi so i dont think gedo would be used it would be too risky and should the chance arise Inoichi can use mind transfer justsu on tobi then hiashi can press all of tobis chakra points minato could plant a seal on tobi then inoichi leaves tobi they extract the rinnegan seal it then seal tobi away then seal him again and again and again =D

1. I've explined about Sasuke and Naruto earlier on...the duo is good but it need to be supported by a strong team member.

2. Shisui can not do anything against Tobi. KA won't work because he can't see Tobi's eyes if Tobi Decides not to look into Shisui's eyes

Plus Tobi can put say at least 2 bijjus on Shisui's ass if he has to.
