Seriously Nagato summons 7 dragons from the Gedo Mazo that ripout your soul faster than you can draw a kunai.

I'm convinced Nagato's use of the Rinnegan is so overpowered and awesome Kishimoto doesn't intend it for it to be used like that for others lol

Madara had the real rinnegan after being revived, but it still didn't give him any extra abilities.

I just think kishi swept all of those abilities under the rug since they're too OP.

Well Madara did use the Soul Dragons on the Bijuu.

The soul dragons were used by the Akatsuki in order to extract the bijuu from their hosts, but they need 3 days and all of the members to do so.

What Madara used seems to be a more powerful version of the soul dragons.

But yeah, it was definitely nerfed since it could have annihilated the Shinobi Alliance.
