Even when he was alive, took took many Paper Bomb blasts to his legs without feeling anything.

And remember, he was still anorexic but was durable enough to withstand a V2 Lariat.

The other two people who were hit by at least a V1 Lariat were left for dead.

Nagato's durability is probably only outmatched by the Third Raikage, who wrestled Gyuki for a living.

...but Minato as an Edo Tensei felt the aftermath of Madara's reaction to a FTG attempt.
He said "UGH!!" as in it hurt.
And Nagato was hit before he absorbed Bee's chakra just so you know.

Naw. It's Onoki. He was left alive and in one piece after a direct hit from a meteor while even from a pretty large distance, Madara's Edo body, protected by susano'o was completely disintegrated.

Madara looked defeated after all of those attacks but only got back up due to Hashirama's Regen.

I know, all other characters who arent the real users of the eyes cant do that, only Nagato could, Obito could only use one eye, even when he had Senju DNA

He didn't tank the hit though, he just survived.
I'll admit, 'noki has endurance, but he's far less durable than Nagato.

Rinnegan was a Gift Nagato received as a child.
Nagato was the one who mastered he Rinnegan himself. And while he's using it, it's his power.

Madara only started using Rinnegan when he was Old, and recently during the Juubi Revival Arc.
If you really think about it, Nagato has used Rinnegan longer than Madara.
