Sorry, if he wasn't worthy Madara wouldn't have given him a second thought. Madara saw him and his potential was better then any of the current alive at the time Uchiha.

Now that i think about it, i think this is the reason itachi did not use Tsukuyomi while nagato was owning Naruto and BEE!

So he doesn't have bijuu level chakra at all?

I know the rinnegan page emphasizes how big of a life energy Nagato has.

None of this is really new, the visual genjustu bit is interesting- but it's implied in he manga considering that the sharingan evolves into a rinnegan.
