in the end it really is up to the fans which one weighs more, im not a fanboy but i would have to say itachi if they're edo. unlimited chakra, regeneration. itachi can sustain sussano the entire fight and lets not forget the shield of yata can morph shape to take any attacks thrown at itachi. and nagato will not be able to use chibaku tensie while itachi is paying attention at all of nagatos movements, itachi will seal him with the blade of totsuka if he lets his guard down to make the headseals. and even if he gets caught CT he will just regenerate somewhere since hes an edo, people seems to be forgetting this. itachi that is not holding back and can never go blind, unlimited chakra, and superior intelligence is just a beast thats even greter than nagato in my opinion. he doesnt necessarily have to be more powerful. however if this is not an edo fight, nagato would destroy itachi.

itachi would not just stand there while nagato uses human path, specially if he has the shield of yata activated, all of nagatos attack becomes useless against that shield as it morphs to make all attacks useless (look it up). nagato would get sealed again before he even gets close enough to touch itachis sussano.

tug like naruto did with the fox. Itachi use a better way and chopped it off with susanoo hand.

Itachi's jutsu were just as hard for Nagato to counter, if not moreso, than Nagato's jutsu were for Itachi.

They're speed/piercing-based though, not power/explosion-based.

Itachi also has more hype than Nagato.
