rinnegan uses high amount of Life force not just chakra. .
nagato did not use rinnegan effectively?? . . .dude he used rinnetensei and brought back entire village whereas obito "uchiha" nearly died when madara made him use RT. .madara gave rinnegan to nagato because only uzumaki and senju has perfect body and life force to wield rinnegan and nagato was an uzumaki. .
