Nagato with one large scale Shinra Tensei wiped the whole leaf village, why do you think it's hard for him to wipe a small clan compared to a whole village?

That's who Nagato is, when it comes to destroying a village/clan he is the best suited person.

Nagato takes first Scenario low difficulty

Nagato takes second Scenario high difficulty

Nagato takes third Scenario extreme difficulty / Uchiha wins extreme difficulty

Third one is more or less 50/50, as it's basically Nagato vs Itachi, where Nagato wins 55%, Itachi 45%, and then the rest of the clan act as fodders to either save Itachi or let him rest up. This or Itachi has to babysit and loses horribly.

IMO it's more like 60/40 or 70/30 in Nagato's favor. The reason I think Nagato could possibly lose scenario 3 is coz I'm not sure if Nagato can beat Itachi AND the Uchiha clan at the same time. Don't forget, they could make Nagato use a lot of chakra.
