Nagato (without his paths) vs Uchiha Clan (No MS users)

Scenario 2:
Nagato (without his paths) vs Uchiha Clan (Itachi being the only MS user, with Susanoo restricted).

Scenario 3:
Nagato + paths vs Uchiha Clan (Unrestricted Itachi being the only MS user)

imo, Nagato would win low difficulty in scenario 1, and mid-high difficulty in scenario 2. Idk about scenario 3, but whoever wins would probably do so with extreme difficulty. What do you guys think? BTW, please only select one option for each scenario.

Nagato takes first Scenario low difficulty

Nagato takes second Scenario high difficulty

Nagato takes third Scenario extreme difficulty / Uchiha wins extreme difficulty

Third one is more or less 50/50, as it's basically Nagato vs Itachi, where Nagato wins 55%, Itachi 45%, and then the rest of the clan act as fodders to either save Itachi or let him rest up. This or Itachi has to babysit and loses horribly.

Nagato wins the first two scenarios with ease. The third he takes with difficulty. With the Uchiha clan being fodder this is basically Nagato vs base Itachi, Nagato vs Itachi no susano'o, and Nagato vs normal Itachi. Actually, the Uchiha are probably a burden to Itachi. Anyway, Nagato would win all three times.

Depends on how many uchiha they are in the clan if Nagatos fully healthy with everything hes shown he could pull it off
