SM Minato wins against Nagato mid diff at most. Minato's shuriken jutsu are on par with, if not better than Hiruzen's shuriken jutsu. We've seen how easy it was for KCM Naruto and V2 Killer Bee to be able to somewhat blitz Nagato. Which means it wouldn't be hard at all for Minato(SM or not). Then getting into a taijutsu scuffle with Nagato and landing a hit on him to place a FTG seal on him would be simple for SM Minato. After that, Nagato starts crapping his pants trying to predict when Minato is going to FTG in his face with an Ultimate Rasengan. Nagato is great, don't get me wrong. But he hasn't shown to have insane reflexes on par with Minato, Naruto and the Raikage. So once Minato places an FTG seal on Nagato's body. The fight is just about over. Even though Minato will still have to be aware to strike at the precise moments.

First of all the paths of pain are alot weaker than nagato himself, second any rasengan against nagato is useless since he can absorb it, you may he wont react quickly or would die instantly but he took a lariat from killer bee in FULL EIGHT TAILS MODE and it did no noticeable damage so either nagato is extremely durable or he reacted fast enough to killer bee in eight tails mode who is probably very close to minato in base speed.

Lets also remember that killer bees lariat was able to one hit KO sasuke and wouldve killed him if it wasn't for karin, he also wasnt even at full eight tails mode with that lariat.

All nagato has to do is use CT which will make FTG useless due to the gravitational pull, his speed blitz could work if he only used a kunai and tried to decapitate him which is basically his only option but asura path he can form up to four additional arms and two additional faces which counter that tactic.

I'm aware Rasengans won't work on Nagato, I was just responding to your comment about Rasengans being a weak attack.

Also I think Nagato just took advantage of his edo body since he feels no pain, because Bee landed a clean hit but Nagato started absorbing after. The same happened when Itachi hit Nagato with Amaterasu, Nagato felt nothing and was burning yet he still used Almighty Push a minute later to repel the flames. Only reason Naruto's rasengan didn't work is because Nagato saw the attack coming and reacted to hit before it hit. (By the way, Killer Bee wasn't in full 8 tails mode, he was in V2 state).

If Nagato doesn't see Minato coming then absorption technique is useless. Asura can't counter a speed blitz/shunshin unless Nagato can react faster than Minato, which we all know isn't happeneing. And growing addition arms is suicide against Minato, that just gives Minato more places to mark him.

CT is Minato's big worry, honestly not sure how he counters it, UNLESS Minato has a kunai planted further away from the battlefield. If not then Minato is in trouble.
