Nagato has this one.
Let's not forget that just a little while ago Nagato was about to kill both Killer Bee and Naruto (in tailed beast mode) at the same time with almost no effort. This is also while he was crippled and while fighting someone (Naruto) who knew about his abilities.
I would also have to assume that Nagato is at least somewhat familiar with the sharingan and its abilities - virtually everyone in the narutoverse is. More recently, he has also been exposed to the mangekyou jutsus courtesy of Itachi.
Something else to consider is Sasuke's susano'o. All of its attacks are chakra based, so Nagato should theoretically be able to use the Preta Path to absorb them. Even if he can't, a shinra tensei would almost certainly repel any of Sasuke's attacks.
Sasuke has no knowledge whatsoever of the rinnegan or its unique jutsu. Further, he would be unaware of the shared vision Nagato has with his summons and the outer path. I agree that he could attempt to use tsukoyomi on Nagato, but considering that it didn't work on Danzo I doubt it would work on Nagato. It is possible Sasuke's genjutsu got a boost from Itachi's eyes, but until we see it that isn't something we can base a very solid arguement on.
Honestly, under these circumstances I really can't think of many feasible scenarios that would end with Sasuke winning.
