was leader, he destroyed konoha and
temporarily beat naruto, gamabunta,
gamahiro, the other toads, and 6tailed

Nagato most likely wins this, though with difficulty. Orochimaru shouldn't be underestimated.
In case it's Pain Rikudo I'd even give Orochimaru good chances.

I'm exlucind both Edo Tensei and Gedo Mazo.

i would actually love to see this fight, Oro with all his sneaky snake techniques against Nagato would be EPIC. As Blaze stated, Oro could be a bad match-up for Nagato, but he would still be able to pull off a victory more chances than not. Also, Edo and 8 branch technique would be important factors.

oro would win keep in mind he has edo sage mode and even his arms back + the first hokages powers (wood / healing and more) + kabuto's powers and his on top + no matter how much nagato hurt him he wont die. unles you seal him even so orochimaru is not the type to get defeated easily
