Nagato wins with 0 difficulty. Skilled Rinnegan users can use multiple paths at once without time intervals, this is shown by Nagato (as well as reconfirmed by Kurama when he tells Naruto he is lucky Sasuke has not learned to do so yet).

Nagato can absorb any technique Oonoki uses, except MAYBE earth techniques. (can he absorb moving earth if its a jutsu using chakra? logic says no, but he absorbed toad oil, and fire, and technically, those are physical things too).

even if he could not, Oonoki has no answer for Asura path or Human path. Matter of fact, Bansho tenin him into the ground and his spine breaks and he is paralyzed.

Shinra tensei and bansho tenin can be lightened with lighted rock technique bro. It was never shown a limit as it could lighten all 25 of wood susanoos in one touch. Which means if nagato touches one of the pain, since they share the same chakra and blood of nagato, all of them will get immobilized, though it would be a high diff win.

There isn't a way Oonoki is hitting Nagato with Preta path, either with Jinton, Doton or whatever. He's not the fastest shinobi either to pull some speed off his ass to level the fight. On the other hand, Nagato has way too many ways of killing Oonoki.
