You mean "overrated"?
But FTG actually has some perks that Madara's jutsu doesn't:
- NO handseals;
- NO chakra need to perform;
- NO physical movement needed at all, actually;
- NO need for the destination seal to be still;
- NO visible or any other signs that give FTG away;
- NO delay in the teleporting, as FTG is INSTANT (OTOH, Madara was forced to not teleport by Konan because the paper tags would have reached him before that)

These above, in my oppinion make FTG so badass and "overpowered" and the key to counter Deva Path's abilities. And Nagato hasn't showed anything that can be useful against FTG (well, next chapter coming soon, we'll see )
