Nagato is significantly above alive Minato, with or without intel, Minato's arsenal is simply lacking. Most of the time Minato would simply end up using FTG to run away. Nagato could put up a fight against Edo Minato too, since almost everything Minato has won't work, and Minato can't use Shiki Fujin as an Edo either so he has less means to force a stalemate. Edo Minato should still be above him though. I can't imagine a cripple beating Edo Minato.

Nagato wins all kind of Minato's. Hiraishin marking on back is harmless and useless, due to mark being made of Chakra and have a possibility to be absorbed. Gakidō absorb any kind of Chakra according to Databook, and has absorbed even nature transformations e.g soap, oil, fire that are technically liquid and matter really. Also, Bijū Dama therefore has no effect.

Also, if someone doubts his speed to absorb, he absorbed a V2 Kirābi point-blank range who used his Lariat. He's at least on par with V1 Ay.

An alive Minato is killed with ease with Human Path. The only one who has resisted the effect of this only a bit, was KCM Naruto who later couldn't survive against Nagato on own, called for Kirābi and got handcuffed instead. Later on, Itachi cut his hand though.

Also, with Mazō no Kusari, he can seal Kurama away. He can't warp away, since this is how Juinjutsu go. With that made, Minato dies in an instant.

Furthermore, he has never himself shown to use this ability, though of course possesses it. We can assume he has at least as strong as Obito's.

And I don't see Minato destroying Chibaku Tensei alone, given that 6TK Naruto's failed to even scratch it, which was made by Pain.​

The hiraishin markings aren't made of chakra. Don't know what you smoke, but it seems to be a good one. The marking are only destination marks for the teleportation jutsu. It's the user who uses his chakra to teleport to the marking. Hiraishin teleport anything connected to the hiraishin user or his chakra to a marking(said by Minato), it doesn't teleport a marked object to another marking. If the markings were chakra made, it would mean since the chakra connects to the Hiraishin user, they could teleport anyone who possess the marking, something they obviously never displayed in this manga

His physical appearance changing doesn't mean that his has a new body. I'm dumbfounded as to how you reached that conclusion.

I also find it peculiar that you've failed to respond to statement which demonstrate clearly that the hiraishin seal is chakra based; which clearly contrasts your statement about it somehow not being chakra based.

- What makes you think Nagato would even know that the marking is there, once Minato touches you it's over. It's not something you sense or feel. When Minato marked Killer Bee, no one knew.

- How can human path kill Minato? If Minato was in the same exact situation as Naruto was, FTG would get him out of it plain and simple. In fact using human path is what would lead to Nagato's death, because in that one moment Minato can just mark him in close range. Human path isn't instant either, FTG will always beat it.

- I doubt Nagato can absorb the seal anyway. You don't even seem sure since you said possibly. I'll go by what kishi said, which is that "the mark never disappears". Only reason Obito's did is because he got a new body, unless Nagato can give himself a new body then it isn't happening. No point in guessing and speculating it.

- Planetary Devastation is easily dealt with. If this is BM Minato then a couple tailed beast bombs will destroy it, or Minato just lets one of his Kunai be pulled up to it by the gravity. If his kunai is then connected to the giant rock then he can use that to warp it away.
