Minato has seals all over the place that he can transfer too. He can throw Kunais and transfer to them, he can ftg back to konoha or on a seal he could have placed on Nagato. You underestimate the yellow flash.

never even remotedly hinted to that you just said...there's a difference in being useless and not enough useful,and here's the case in wich minato's techniques aren't useful enough to grant him the win on Nagato....teleporting isn't going to get nowhere in a fight to kill an opponent,sure it's a very advantageous asset in a fight but not the sole factor,when the opponent has a 360 gravity push/shock wave capable of demolishing konoha back to stone age xd
