I think Nagato because he has all the paths, madara teleports then gets hit by shinra tensei, nagato is rather strong, but madara has a chance because of EMS

nagato can't hit him with shinra tensei, madara just becomes intangible. From what we have seen from nagato he is not gonna win.

..toasts beer.. xd let us watch BTW @ post above, Shinra tensei can most likely even push intangible madara, madara only telports part of his body away to become intangible, so shinra tensei would still hit unless madara fully teleports, which he wouldent have the time to do

What info from the Manga and Anime do we got on Madara besides he has Sharingan and he can use Space/Time Ninjutsu? We still know little of what EMS ability's can do. Until then my vote goes to Nagato.
