Kabuto wins he deals with everything Nagato dish out:

Animal Path < Manda 2 snake summons to poison and restrict them.

Human Path < Requires CQC which Kabuto would man handle with many options: Kimmi's nintaijutsu, Sakon's Parasite, Jirobo Arhat Fist style, along with Chakra scalpel. Of course he could absorb the chakra but isnt stopping the impact from both Kabuto's chop and his DNA Close quarters support.

Nakara Path < Not bothering.

Petra Path < Same for dealing with Human Path

Asura Path < in CQC same treatment as Human Path, but dealing long range would be dealt with by superior reflexes, Kido's webs, and Kido's chakra blocking armor.

Deva Path < Body fluid tanks any physical damage cause by the "push" or "crush" of Deva's ability. CT gets counter by either: Jirobo earth style, to absorb the orb, losing its support. Or playing Genjutsu to halt/cancel the jutsu, once the opponent is caught in it.
