A lot of this depends on intel and location. Nagato has some of the stronger moves, but the dude isn't going to casually throw them out if it's manga knowledge. I'd give Kabuto a definite win in that regard, with myself still favoring him, albeit it a very intense and close victory, with full intel.

Love this match up though, both characters are absolute beasts.
