itachi can put several people in genjutsu at the same time, remember the jiraiya vs pain fight? Ma and pa took three pains down with genjutsu besides itachi is faster than nagato( super fast handseals) and amaterasu is inescapable for pain(since he has not been shown to have teleportation speed like raikage or minato to escape it) pain's only chance is to attack while keepin a distance or he will be sealed by sagari blade and cannot be revived(by the path that brings back the dead) besides he can defend himself from any attack with yata mirror. I GIVE ITACHI A WIN WITH MID DIFF
