Maybe Itachi cuz if itachi got pulled by nagato, itachi could use amaterasu and nagato would have to absorb it _-_

If Yasaka Magatama was as strong as a TBB, there would be no way in hell Itachi could do it multiple times. Any attack comparable to TBB requires and incredible amount of chakra that only a Biju could be capable of and don't make the counter argument maybe he does, there is no indication what so ever that's the case. You can't keep using the argument: we can't tell. Most of your argument is based on assuming Itachi can do things with little or no evidence, if you don't know if YM could destroy PD, then you are only assuming it is to help your argument.
As much as i lyk itachi i think i wud pass. although he might b able to win.
1. nagato's weaknes is genjutsu, but he would not fall for itachi's illusion, bcoz rinn is a more ocular power than ms, evry1 knws a normal sharingan cant beat ms. nagato can fall 4 an illusn dats nt by eye, lyk ma & pa's noise genjutsu.
2. nagato can repel totsuka blade wit shinra tensei.
3. nagato can counter ameratesu by absorbing it or by regenerating himself resurectn path.
4 if itachi cant destroy chibaku tensei b4 forming, he and his susano wil b crushed, bcoz only d kyubi survivd it so far.
5. i dnt tink yata miror or d susano can withstand shinra tensei e.g when pain sweep out konoha.
6. if nagato touches once he is gone, soul path.
7. gedo statue
now onto itachi
1. itachi is a genius, if nagato can backup his 5secs interval he is doomed.
2. itachi most upperhand is intelligent fast thinker, his most vital weapon. nagato nt rily bad.
3. itachi's last card IZANAGI, tobi's izanagi last 4 lyk 5 or 10 mins i dnt knw.itachis own might b diff.
this are my advan & disadv. but still d rinnegan is underestimated, kishi hasnt shown its ful details.

1)u r definately idiot dude!!!! Izangi need senju + uchihaa power , when did itachi got senju's power???? read manga ist and then post replies.:flaw:
2) Nagato is vonurable to only audible genzitsu not visual genzitsu beacuse rinnegan is most powerful dojutsu ever. so STFU:flaw:
3)Nagato is uzumaki so he a lot of stamina than itachi , similarly rinnegan conumes less chakra than sharingan so nagato can fight long and strong.
4) Dont forget who was boss of AKATSUKI . it was nagato not itachi
5)shared field of vision so he has an edge over itachi
6)nobody can resist nagatos chkra manipulation at a close level. if itachi is close like 100 m from nagato then he will suck itachi's body like black hole sucks universe material and tear him apart just like jean gray of X-men. xd
7)finally if nagato ever managed to pierce itachi with with control rods then nagato will control itachi like a puppet and make him dance like bitch.xd
