I'd go with Nagato, Ems Madara isn't enough to beat him. Full health and mobility. Genjutsu can be countered with linked vision, amaterasu would be stopped with either shinra tensei or petra path. Susanoo can be stopped with petra path and Gedo Mazo with 7 tailed beast would beat it anyway.

You gave him Gedo + 7 Bijuu? Nagato would defeat him IMO. Gedo Mazo is the key here and I think that phantom dragon is going to be the decider in the matchup. Perfect Susanoo can be absorbed by Preta Path although it won't be easy for Nagato to accomplish this. Shinra Tensei can keep it back, I believe. Offensively, I've already stated how important Gedo Mazo will be. Banshou Tenin is also useful for Nagato as it will allow him to draw Madara in for a close range attack, where he could possibly use the human path to take away his soul. Also note that I don't think Madara can counter when he is under the influence of this jutsu, as we saw when Naruto was unable to do anything when faced with a powerful, healthy Nagato using this technique (only his chakra arm saved him). If Madara's Perfect Susanoo chakra is absorbed, I believe Nagato could then proceed to finish with Chibaku Tensei.

Overall, I give this to Nagato, high diff.

we know nagato rapes itachi, and i just wanted to say, madara is a higher league, so nagato will have more problems with him than with itachi. but as strong as madara is, still nagato wins imo
