Nagato mid diff.

2. Kiri : Gengetsu, Kisame, Mei, Zabuza and Suigetsu

Nagato mid diff. Preta Path literally shuts down Kisame, Mei, and Suigetsu, and Zabuza, leaving them with nothing strong enough to make Nagato flinch, and Gengetsu's clam is obliterated by wide scaled Shinra Tensei, along with the rest of his team.

3. Iwa : Mū, Onoki, Deidara, Kitsuchi and Han

Nagato mid diff.

4. Kumo : 3rd A , 4th A, Killer B, C and Darui

Nagato wins mid-high diff. The biggest issue is dealing with Ay's speed while handling Killer B, but it's doable, especially with prior knowledge.

5. Konoha : Tobirama, Hiruzen, Base Minato, Yamato and 3t kakashi

Nagato wins mid-high diff, only because of Minato and Tobirama.

Suna:

Nagato wins with Chibaku Tensei. Outside of that, Jin Gaara can counter his entire arsenal with CST restricted. CT is Nagato's strongest move so I'm saying Nagato high diff.

Kiri: Nagato wins mid diff. Preta trolls Kisame and Mei, hidden mist is absorbed, and Shinra Tensei, animal summons, and Asura rockets kill them off.

Iwa: Iwagakure wins mid-high diff. Mu and Onoki can counter Bansho Tenin by making themselves too heavy to draw in, and can lighten themselves so when Shinra Tensei repels them, they don't hit the ground as hard. Rain Tiger isn't detecting Muu when they can jinton the rain clouds. Onoki distracts Nagato with jinton, then Muu takes out Nagato with a guerilla tactic (invisible sword to the throat). Chibaku Tensei is countered by jinton.

Kumo: Cloud wins mid diff. With CST restricted Nagato has nothing that can harm BM Bee. Ay goes in for the kill, Nagato repels him with Shinra Tensei, and immediately afterward Bee uses bijuu dama. CT is countered with TBB.

Leaf: Not seeing how they counter CT.

Nagato around low-mid difficulty.

2. Kiri : Gengetsu, Kisame, Mei, Zabuza and Suigetsu

Nagato again. All ninjutsu will either get repelled via Shinra Tensei or absorbed via Preta Path.

3. Iwa : Mū, Onoki, Deidara, Kitsuchi and Han

Nagato definitely handles this one.

4. Kumo : 3rd A , 4th A, Killer B, C and Darui

Ei and Bi are the only real threats. But countering their speed is feasible. Sasuke for example couldn't keep up, but used another counter to compensate for that. Definitely don't see why Nagato won't have a counter. Nagato still wins.

5. Konoha : Tobirama, Hiruzen, Base Minato, Yamato and 3t kakashi

Yamato, 3t Kakashi, and Hiruzen aren't that significant factors. Nagato wins this one.

Not necessarily. Cee, besides being a señor is a medical nin and we know the strategy shinobi formulate when possessing a med nin within the team. They're not front runners and are pushed to the back as a supportive member. This has been explained multiple times. The team being aware of this and considering their ability (speed/durability/transformation), they're more than capable of doing shielding Cee.

That's a troll strategy.

However the giant rocks gravitating towards the core would give away the location.
