give to any ramdon and foldder and there wont be any different the same results.

Nagato can blow fields, mountains and the earth but he will still fall for itachis tricks, 1 genjutsu simple!.

Amataresu will kill him and if for some reason it doesnt kill him well he will be in a real bad shape and without an arm or leg..

Also when a ninja performance a jutsu that ninja needs concentration, if you are feeling pain it will be hard to cast a jutsu because your concentration is somewhere else..

Amataresu, nagato will be burning.. the same happend to 8tails that guy was crying like a girl.

You're underrating a lot. You can't give any random jounin rinnegan and they'll be on Nagato's level. First of all he's an Uzumaki which enables him to use the techniques without consuming a large portion of his chakra and he's mastered rinnengan.

I've already been over the genjutsu in the previous pages, i'm not repeating myself.

Nagato would be able to sense amaterasu, shinra tensei and petra path both counter it this time it wont be Kabuto in control or Itachi having the element of surprise by switching teams in the fight.

It doesn't make you stupid either. His intellegence is okay imo, his Akatsuki plan, deva path being cautious by keeping his distance from Kakashi and killing him with the nail.

You're underrating a lot. You can't give any random jounin rinnegan and they'll be on Nagato's level. First of all he's an Uzumaki which enables him to use the techniques without consuming a large portion of his chakra and he's mastered rinnengan.

51-49 to Itachi is overestimating Itachi.

I just realized this when re-reading the part when Itachi got out of Kabuto's control and fought Nagato who was fully controlled by Kabuto. He blinded Nagato's summons and found a way to defeat Chibaku Tensei. Itachi even helped Naruto and B break free from Nagato, both are helpless and could have been killed if it weren't for Itachi's presence. Finally, he was the one who sealed Nagato. So I do believe that Itachi could be a very difficult opponent for Nagato and has chances of beating him.xd

You missed several significant points:

1. Kubuto is fully controlling Nagato & is pretty much focused on capturing the 2 as they are his primary targets forgetting about Itachi for a while. So Naruto & Bee became a perfect diversion.

2. He found a way to destroy CT bcoz of Naruto told him about it.

3.I tachi could probably outsmart Nagato but not over powered him. If he can then why did he ever bothered asking them to hit CT w/ their strongest long range.

4. If you observe closely it was actually Kabuto's fault not Nagato why Nagato caught off guard, Kabuto is the one controlling him in the 1st place. Nagato is not even aware of what is happening to him during that particular time.

Jiraiya didnt know that there were 6 pains so he counted onyl with 3, and deva escaped Kakashi because kakashi had to figure out Deva's abilities first, and Asura jumped in to help...

Dont be so cocky I gave you a proper answer, lets talk it through properly...it can be called an intelligent move to use only 3 of the 6 paths but I'd call it deception or cunning...Jiraiya knew nothing about that there are 6 paths so he couldnt protect against them.Concealing one's identity doesnt need much intelligence. what i meant is that anyone can spam Jutsus and defeat everyone like Nagato does since he does not do nothing special as individual. the same result can be happen in any ninja with rinnengan. (his intellectual level)
he went a bit cautious vs kakashi after finding out that spaming his jutsus were not enough vs kakashi.

If it wasn't drawn it didn't happen, the anime added that as filler then. What's easier to stop Itachi's finger, don't look at it. Or Nagato raising an arm and using shinra tensei which blew a whole forest out of the way.

I'm not saying Nagato wins this no matter what, it's obviously more likely he's going to win and that's hard to deny. It's clear as day Nagato has the advantage with gedo mazo, paths and chakra. Saying Itachi is more likely to win against all of that because he's smart is overestimation, explain how he uses his intellegence to stop all of that then.

Itachi can win if he hits him with the sword but that isn't likely to happen, since that's only been shown to be used on people standing still. The obivious way to counter is not stand close to him.

Finally I can agree with you (except that IMO manga = anime otherwise anime is useless...and those who watch only anime and dont read manga Naruto is a different world... ) Nagato is stronger overall, but Itachi has a chance and in certain circumstances he wins (IMO for example if he makes the first move) But Kishi can make either of them the winner if he wants.
