Nagato struggled and ultimately failed to hold half of Kurama at eight tails yet Madara himself could not only control the whole Kyuubi by himself but also stated that only the Bijuu's power was comparable to it, Madara is just more potent. And with it slashing moutains, I doubt Chibaku Tensei would be too much and that's really the best Nagato has got.

Even if above option is a fail ,I have no Idea how Madara maintains Susanoo while getng attacked by all these Summoning's ....

Pretha can absorbe any chakra based jutsu or attack whatever it is same goes for Susanoo

You restrict Madara's summoning yet you leave Nagato unrestricted with his vast animal summons.Dumb restrictions is dumb.

Fighting and defeating Kurma is completly different from controling it with Genjutsu ,Madara can't fight against Kyubi with his PS,it can't stand against Kyubi in a fight like Hashirama vs Kyubi,Only Susanoo slash can help Madara and if Kyubi's managed to escape that slash and get near Susanoo ,Madara is as good as dead ....
Madara said PS slash distractive power is compatable to Bijju's attack in other words TBB .....!
What is Madara's Summoning .........?
If ur talking abt Kyubi.......Kyubi isn't Madara's affinity (Summoning)...Nagato can use his summoning's whenever he want and Madara can't.....!

Blasphemy.Madara already has the Kyuubi as one of his summons, he cannot do it now cause Naruto has him.Even Obito had the Kyuubi as a summon until Minato used some seal on him after landing a Rasengan.This is EMS Madara the same Madara that made the Kyuubi his pet the Kyuubi can be summoned and used at any given time.He restricted Madara's arsenal cause he knows Madara would triumph low difficulty.

That is what Iam talking abt...Kyubi is dfntly one of Madara's summoning but that dosen't mean Madara can summon it when ever he want due to Obvious reasons but we can't stop Nagato's summoning's by any mean's and Gedo can fight on equal grounds with Kyubi.......!

PS isn't as durable as Kyubi in case of ST (Susanoo > Kyubi when it comes to tanking other attack's)..Ofcourse Susanoo is as big as Kyubi but that dosen't mean it can stand against a powerful st ..Look at Toads, bunta is nearly as big as Kyubi(Smaller than Kyubi) and it's weight is compatable to Kyubi ,Nagato sent all 3 of them away with ease and same goes for Susanoo..... Size dosen't matter here
It is like u don't know anything about ying and yang chakra, why wouℓdn't madara use his eyes when he has ying chakra with powerful eyes, the only reason why hasi, is strong bcos of yang chakra which gives him a powerful body and the makes him to go, in sage mode.

Well...since you have to put restrictions...I feel it's clear who the winner is imo. I will also participate and say Madara wins just because I'd like to!

Madara takes it for me. Perfect soosano slashes will end nagato. To those saying preta path will absorb d soosano, urrm u realise that for nagato to absorb, he needs to get close and how the hell wil he do so when madara is swinging his ps sword, the shockwaves wil send nagato flying. Madara wins this.

The rinnegan shud not be underestimated. They were the eyes of the Rikudo and have been affirmed as the zenith of doujutsu categorically in the manga.

You take away Madara's knowledge until he just some jackass ninja? I don't think that's fair. I still think that the battle could go in anyones favour but I'm going with Madara. Nagato struggled with HALF the power of the Kyuubi even when it was in it's eight tailed (incomplete) form.
Madara tamed the FULL Kyuubi whether you like it or not only him, The Sage, Hashirama and Obito WITH Hashirama DNA could do that. I also don't see a way of Nagato dealing with his Perfect Susanoo.
