How wont it hit him? Obito needs to be tangible to suck him and thats when ST would strike. Obito will never be able to catch Nagato off guard because of Nagato's powerful sensing (He was instantly able to detect chakra build up in Itachi's eye and he would do the same for Obito as well)

Obito doesnt have any fire power to overwhelm Nagato

That makes absolutely no difference, nagato uses ST & knocks obito back, during which time obito warps back to nagato & warps him away during the 5-sec cooldown. Of course he suffers damage, but nagato loses the match.

& With izanagi active he doesn't even need to warp back to nagato, he'll just end up behind him like
