I don't think so, he hasn't used the versatile range of techniques Nagato used, even if that is through no fault of his own. Nagato had around 20 years to master the rinnegan, as far as we know, Tobi has only used it for a few days

not yet but he seems to be decent at controlling the gedo mazo and he was able to control 5 beasts at once that is a pretty good feat. But we need to see him go all out b4 making any decisions

Well, nice thread, but it's a little unnecessary. I think myself that because of difference in intelligence, Nagato would win the fight between him and current Naruto.
As for the paths: So6P Naruto's chakra cloak is much different than a regular jinchuuriki cloak. You can tell by checking Kuramara said itself, "Sage of the 6 paths?!" Just as well that it's obvious that his TBB is strong not because of Kurama, but because of Naruto.
He can easily stand any attack, Human path useless as we saw it cannot rip his soul out with one touch, as it should, plus he can move while being held. His clones are ridiculously durable. Only problem is outer path, which can be taken care with clones. Other than Outer path he can't damage him. He's faster and stronger. But Nagato wins this with strategy. Also Narotu's TBB obliterates CT.
Then here he switches to Human path, And since his hair changes color its safe to assume there was a time lapse of at least 15 seconds.
and even if he can use Multiple at the same time he has to activate them in which case naruto can take advantage of the waekness he already found. The preta path cant aborb that much natural chakra so he could just line his fist in it, and lure him into aborbing it. and since all of his power are housed in one body when it turns to stone its KO.
And Naruto has summons too jack ass he can summon Gamabunta, Gamaken, and Gamahiro. and they can fight the summons and i think that if you had to fight two fight with one set of vision in two different place would be very confusing

I dont see Nagato being overrated here. I mean the only people that can beat him is edo madara,Kabuto with edos and current Tobi, current Naruto is iffy though am in favor of Nagato winning that but i can see the case being the other way. Overall Nagato is a certified top 5 character (and for those that disagree top 10 then), his one of the strongest in the series.
With that said, Preta path absorbs any chakra based attack and bm naruto and his attacks r nutrition for the skinny bastard (sense were talking abt healthy then this doesn't count then but whatever), and what you people seem to be forgetting is that bm mode only lasts for like 5 mins or something so time is also a factor in this fight.

Nagato can fly with the repulsion path just by using universal pull kinda like magnets one way they click the other they wont go together thats how i think he would rather fly

Considering that he is more effective at controlling Gedo Mazo and it was even said that his bondage was greater than Nagato's. I think that perhaps he used the Rinnegan before giving it to Nagato. Maybe for a longer amount of time that Nagato has used it so far.
As far as we know, we don't know. We'll have to see what else comes up to draw conclusions. After all, the manga isn't over yet.

At the end of the day if naruto is not stronger in BM mode ( I think he is on nagato's level in this mode) he will be stronger then nagato. The fact of the matter is, Indeed Naruto is strong, but he never has, and never will Beat Nagato. Here are some point's to support my statement.
1.Let's start back at the SM Naruto (and his summons) vs 6 Paths of Pain (handicapped)
Clearly you see it being stated the most powerful of the paths, Deva Path not being able to us his powers. (Hence why any path was taken out)

The entire Fight pain had no intent to kill, but to capture.
Naruto would have been in that position since the start of the fight if Deva had his powers.
Pain says " I avoided any vital wounds" in other words he could have ended naruto's life right there if he wanted to, but of course plot requires the Akatsuki needing kurama.
2.Next, It took 8 Tails to get out of Celestiel Terra Blast and as Pain said, all he had to do was make a bigger one.

Yes I understand in the end he defeated pain, but only after every other path was gone (which they never would have if Deva had his powers from the start). Plus, it was Pain, NOT Nagato as he is still alive.
3. Now, on to the meeting. This has been one of the biggest trolls in Naruto history and is unforgivable. This is when Kishi went crazy. He creates the 3rd SO6P, a Mini God, Still one of the strongest Chars in Naruto today and he loses to WORDS? There is no denying plot no jutsu exists when one of the strongest characters just "disappears" because he had a conversation with a weaker opponent and felt SO BAD for destroying everything Naruto knew and loved, he gave up his life to bring everyone back.

If your going to question whether Naruto could have defeated Nagato had they fought your wrong. Naruto had one more shot at SM which would not last him long enough to survive Nagato, he already lost 2 clones fighting 5 paths with Deva still alive and without his powers, he could not defeat Nagato who wields all their powers at once.
4. Now that we establish he defeated Pain (NOT Nagato) by plot, onto the war.
KM Naruto as well stands no Chance, while he showed some impressive feats such as surviving Bansho Tenin, He could do nothing to Nagato.
Exhibit A. he got caught by Asura path and was going to Die with the combo of Preta and Naraka Path.

Exhibit B. Not only did he get caught, but continued failing by using his Rasengan despite having knowledge that Nagato could absorb it. Thus proving even if Naruto has some strenght to match Nagato, he has no brains whatsoever to keep up with him.
(P.S don't gimme that b.s that he was trying to see if Nagato was controlled, as in the next slide I show he was trapped for good, why would he put himself to be in a position he could not get out and die just to test if Nagato lost his personality?)

Exhibit C. All this Time Itachi was free thanks to K.A, so this was all Nagato's doing. Not only did Naruto fail, but his not so smarter Teacher get's caught as well. (Honestly name anything they could have done to get out, they were getting their chakra sucked dry/ their souls)
(Another P.S that sm trick would not have worked since it was a summoning holding Naruto, and Preta path wouldbe used to just absorb attacks. Nagato was just sucking out his soul. Unlike Naruto he learns from his mistakes)

5. It is debatable whether current BM Naruto has the power to destroy CT by himself. Regardless he did not figure it out and showed no sign of ever figuring it out. Not to mention it was a1 v 3 for Nagato, as I said many times it would have been over a long time ago.
As for BM Naruto vs 100% Healthy Nagato.
One if it's Edo Nagato, he cannot win as he has no sealing techniques.
Preta Path cancels every attack Naruto has
The Summoning give him 100% vision to everything and can keep up with his speed
Shinra Tensei once again cancels everything, TBB or not.
Asura gives him advantage against multiple clones, with his arms and Missles to take out numerous Narutos
Naruto can do nothing against Human Path
He did not figure out how to stop CT and it would crush him.

Yes preta path can infact absorb a TBB and all, it has never failed to absorb anything.
The Dog summoning will survive as Naruto has no way of gettng rid of them, so his 100% Vision will not go away.

naruto has clones that can help kill the summons too.
gamabunta can simply shoot a water jutsu or a sword at the bird to kill it. cerebrus is the only main problem other than that all his summons are toast.
Ct can be broken by multiple frs or tbb. naruto has 11 km clones and more plus sm clones that can all help against nagato he is simply overwhelmed. not to mention he can use sm clones to help him as well with frog katas.
stop overrating nagato. nagato is overwhelmed easily when there are too many kage level clones to deal with.
and strong will power good guys finally defeat the bad guy like naruto defeated pain. get over it .
