The actual Nagato or his Deva Paths? Either way I'm not too sure. Could go either way in my opinion.

Hirashin counters pretty much everything Nagato has. But overall I agree that Minato is inferior to Nagato, mostly because although he can use Hirashin and sheer speed to escape all of Nagato's attacks he has no practical way to harm Nagato.
Btw, none of Deva Path's techniques would work, simply because Minato could simply teleport himself out of there. So at best Nagato would get a draw. Chibaku Tensei can be teleported away and then Minato teleports himself back to the arena. Again the same is true about Nagato, Minato can't hurt him so the best Minato could hope for would be a draw.
All and all if this was a VS thread it would be a draw.

Asura Path? Maybe if he grabs a hold of him.
Shinra Tensei? Already explained.
Chibaku Tensei? You mean the stationary orb that doesn't move that Minato could warp away since it SITS FREAKING STILL?
Animal Path? You mean those animals would be able to catch him?

If Nagato use shinra tensei ONE time the fight is over. First off Nagato relies heavily on that jutsu which minato would simply ftg out of the push or pull. I shouldn't have to explain what happens then. 5 seconds is more than enough time for minato to get to him. Anyone who disagree is retarded. Also I'd like to add that a simply rasengan baseball sized was enough to completely take out deva path. Imagine minatos rasengan basketball sized would do. Just saying.
