I'm pretty sure that Minato can find a way to kill him. Even if he can't, its not Low dif. High dif at the least.

If he uses chibaku tensei, can he use ftg. If he uses Shinra Tensei, can he still use FTG. Not just that but also he has other jutsu's that can counter Nagato's Jutsu's.

minato is a lot smarter plus every jutsu has its weakness...shinra tensei is on a 5sec cooldwon after being used and we know that speed is minatos profession :3 ....he can teleport nagatos every other jutsu with his barrier...i dont see why not minato>nagato.....plus we havent seen all minatos techniques and his new tech
