he's top 5 for sure. Obito, Madara, Hashirama are stronger, and perhaps Naruto, but only because of his mobility problem. It took km Naruto, B and free edo itachi to defeat a controlled edo nagato, and i still haven't figured out how itach managed to see the king of hell much less blind it with kunai.
