Well i go with the SO6P because:
1.He was the host of the most powerful tailed beast ever...
2.Nagato admitted that his power paled in comparison with the Sage's. And we have seen his power (even if he was crippled)
3.He has Creation of All Things jutsu which is above izanagi... i mean come on the dude had the power to create form from nothingness with a mere thought and then bring it to life.
4.Also imagine what sealing techs he knew if he was able to seal the Jiuby...
I admit that it would be a hard fight because it's 3 of the most powerful shinoby against 1...
